BAERSkin Hoodie No customer service for promised satisfaction guarantee!!!

I placed three orders between late November and early December for Christmas gifts. They never arrived before we left for our family Christmas, and I had to buy other things. The hoodie didn't arrive for over a month. It is fine, and some of the items are fine but most sized very small. I have tried for WEEKS to request return instructions for the things I need to send back. My credit card was certainly charged immediately, and I receive numerous marketing emails, but absolutely 0 response to many attempts at contacting the company.

I ordered multiple items and then never received them and never received any additional communication from them. I suspect they are using Artificial Intelligence to respond to complaints and create fake positive reviews. I finally disputed the charge with my credit card company to get a refund. DO NOT believe the hyped up reviews. Order at your own risk!

Recommendation: Do not waste your time with this vendor!

I've seen multiple responses from "Stephanie" and seen multiple replies back that the company still did not respond after contacting "Stephanie". I no longer want these products as the service has been horrible and I don't foresee it getting any better based on other user responses.

I ordered a tactical hoodie (order # 3YAXK9PJ) and a rain jacket (order # 29F8TQHZ) on October 28th. Website shows that a tracking number still has not been assigned. This is hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had ordering something online.
I placed my order on Oct 12th/25 and I just received confirmation from Robbie that my order is still in the warehouse. After reading numerous other very similar complaints here, I am assuming that they are sold out of my size/color as well and just not telling me and waiting till their supply restock in November.

I received another email today from your Baerskin Team now telling me that the hoodie I ordered is OUT OF STOCK as well! I requested to speak with you directly by phone with NO RESPONSE to my request whatsoever.
This is TERRIBLE UNACCEPTABLE service from your entire customer service team!
Please REFUND me my money back in FULL IMMEDIATELY TODAY!
I will be making a complaint to the BBB, as well as Trust Pilot, Reddit and any other platform I can find out there to let others know.

The only thing(s) you have “clarified” are the INCOMPETENCE that your company’s customer service department has in the CORRECT fulfillment of my order, and the blatant mistakes made on my order that I HAD TO ACTUALLY BRING TO YOUR ATTENTION!
And now after all of that, and waiting A MONTH for my order to arrive…with ZERO COMMUNICATION from Baerskin until I reached out to them, you DON’T even have the courtesy to let me know WHEN I CAN EXPECT MY ORDER?!
I’m sorry but “I’ll get an email with tracking number once it’s shipped” just doesn’t cut it for me Stephanie.
Disheartening to say the very least.

OMG people! I received an email (which I’m convinced is just coming from an AI bot) now telling me that they were out of stock my size XL and color rain jacket, and gave me an option for other colors to choose from. Upon further review of their email, I discovered that the raincoat they said was out of stock WASN’T even the STYLE I ordered and paid for, so I emailed back to tell them this. This company’s CUSTOMER SERVICE is an ABSOLUTE JOKE!

My purchase was a total of $239.95 CAD
No communication from Baerskin until I emailed them after I hadn’t received anything in almost a month. They did reply to my email same day, but gave me the standard “backed up shipping due to order volume” excuse. After reading many other complaints I now understand that this kind of poor customer service is the norm for them, and this is the way they treat their customers.
Either ship me my order this week or I want a full refund and compensated for the hassle and run around!

BAERSkin Hoodie Order not received, no communication from company

I placed two orders on Aug. 30 2025 (orders H16WUFMF and DYP6LKY8). It’s Sept. 17th and I haven’t received updates from the company. I have called multiple times, emailed several times, and even reached out on social media and still no response! I want a fund refund for my two orders

BAERSkin Hoodie Never received jackets but payment taken right away. No one to help

Ordered 2 jackets 9/7 order JPXAN4D8, was confirmed in stock. They changed deliver date. Sent email no response, no confirmation. The tracking number goes nowhere. Keeps saying it’ll be in factory soon. No contact info. Was supposed to be here by Sept 12. How do YouTube influencers have this as a sponsor with promo code if people don’t get product

Again it said it was in stock. Didn’t say what preorder meant where I could see. It was ok if late, it was all the other issues I had with tracking, confirmations. I did check junk mail. I do appreciate that you can give me my refund, hopefully will see 7-10 days as promised. Thank you

I responded to a email sent from BAERSkin. Went on my account and now there isn’t a no tracking number. They are saying this is in preorder, what is preorder, never heard such a thing, why process my money then. . 9/16 was date they gave but on what. Received? There’s no ETA. I would like a refund please

BAERSkin Hoodie Incorrect order- # Z8DQDU7E ordered a EX and they sent wronge size. Now they won't respond .

I ordered XL and they sent a Large. Order: Z8DQDU7E I ordered the hoodie in XL and rain jacket in XL. The rain jacket is XL but the hoodie is Large. The packaging says XL but the hoodie inside is only a Large. I would like it to be replaced with an XL.They asked for pics of the label and I sent them 2. I would even take a different color. They ghosted me and will not respond.

Claimed loss: If not replaced with correct size the loss will be $169.95I can't ware a Large

Desired outcome: Replacement with correct size or full refund.

After 2 months, I received my hoodie which was way too large. I have attempted to return for a size exchange since that date by multiple emails using baerskin's online customer service request form since, and have left 2 voice messages with their customer service phone line since january 19th. To date, I have not received any communication from baerskin.

Received 2 Baerskin Hoodie 4.0 on January 19, 2025. Both were way too large. I have attempted to return for a size exchange since that date by multiple emails using Baerskin's online Customer Service request form since, and have left 2 voice messages with their Customer Service phone line since January 19th.
