So, I made an order from Hips & Curves a few weeks back and boy, was it a mess! The package got returned to the warehouse because of some mistake on their end and nobody even bothered to let me know. I had to go through the hassle of tracking my order myself and filing a complaint. It's been weeks and I still haven't received my order. To make matters worse, one of the items I ordered got sold out in the meantime and they offered me a gift card instead. But guess what? I haven't received that either!

I mean, seriously? Why couldn't they just correct the package and resend it? Instead, they added it back to their inventory, sold my stuff and now they can't even replace it. What a joke! This kind of service is just unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend anyone to shop from Hips & Curves. It's just not worth the hassle.

While some of their stuff is nice, I would definitely recommend avoiding Hips & Curves. The hassle and frustration just isn't worth it.

However, they did offer me free shipping as a consolation prize, which was not worth the irritation that I felt from this company.

Overall, I would not recommend Hips & Curves to anyone. Their customer service is terrible, and their system is glitchy. If you want to avoid the frustration that I experienced, I suggest that you shop elsewhere.

This company's customer service team is the worst I have ever encountered. They seem to have a policy of avoiding refunds at all costs, even when it is their fault. Once the package leaves their warehouse, they wash their hands of any responsibility. They kept pushing me to take a gift card for the items, even though I had bought them during a sale in February and couldn't replace them with store credit. After a month of talking to a wall, I finally filed a PayPal dispute. Miraculously, my items were found and shipped to me in April. Instead of having the courier return the items and refund me, they simply shipped them out again. When I received the package, it was preopened, covered in duct tape, and had tire marks on it. I couldn't believe it - preopened lingerie! The price of their products is not worth the headache of dealing with this completely unprofessional company.

However, the other two items were not so lucky. I used the size guide on their website, which I clicked on for each individual item, and it indicated that an XL was a size 14-16. So, I ordered an XL for the bandage bustier and a size 5XL for the robe.

When my order arrived, I was shocked to find that they had sent me a size XL-size 22 for the bandage bustier and a size 5XL for the robe. I immediately reached out to them via email and left a phone message, but unfortunately, they never returned my call. When they finally responded to my email, they told me that they had sent the correct sizes and that if I wanted to return everything, I would have to pay for the return shipping. They didn't even offer to send me the right sizes! According to them, they hadn't made a mistake.

They did offer me a store credit for the return shipping, but at this point, I don't want to buy anything else from their site. I just don't trust them anymore, especially since I'm always careful about reading size charts when I shop online. This wasn't my first time buying from them, but it was my first time after COVID and I was really disappointed with their customer service.

Overall, I would say that my experience with Hips & Curves was not a good one. I was let down by their sizing and their lack of customer service. I hope that they can improve in the future and provide better service to their customers.

But again, no one ever got back to me. The only update I got was that the prices had gone back up, so there was nothing they could do. Luckily, I had taken screenshots of the lower prices when I reached out, so at least I have some proof.

Honestly, I would not recommend shopping at Hips & Curves. And I'm definitely going to avoid City Chic too, since they were bought out by the same company and apparently the service has gone way downhill since then. It's just not worth the hassle.

I placed my order on March 11th and according to their website, shipping takes 7-14 business days.

However, on March 19th, I noticed that my order had not yet been shipped. I called customer service multiple times but only got a voicemail. After leaving a message, no one ever called me back. Finally, after calling at least a dozen times, I was able to speak to a customer service representative. She told me that I would receive my package by March 25th.

Unfortunately, I never received my package and had to call again on March 26th. After calling multiple times, I was finally able to speak to someone who told me that my package had not yet shipped. She said that she would put in a request to the highest person at the warehouse, but it would take 24-48 hours. This would make it Monday and I needed the package by Tuesday.

In the end, I had to cancel my order. If you have plenty of time to wait and don't plan on needing to speak to customer service, then go ahead and order from Hips & Curves. However, don't believe their lie of 7-14 business days on shipping and their customer service is a joke.

Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience with Hips & Curves. It was a waste of my time and I would not recommend ordering from them.

I gotta say, I've shopped at Hips & Curves before and it was all good. But this time around, it was a whole different story. They say they gonna process returns in 10 days, but it took them 13 days for me. I had to contact support to get my refund, and they even charged me a shipping return fee. Ain't that a rip off?
