I ordered 3 rain jackets from Baerskin on 11-27-25 and received a phone text back confirming the order (offering me 20.00 to buy more) but no email with order number. In fact I received no order number at all. I received 2 of the jackets but the 3rd one never came. I tried to contact the company and just got the run around. They do not have a phone number you can call. The 769 223 7756 number all automated and they want an order number which I never received. I have emailed, chatted on their site and just getting the run around. I want a refund for the other jacket. I should've stuck with Tactical 511 which I've never had an issue with. I am missing the tactical storm rain jacket in XL NAVY blue. A total of 209.85 came out of my bank account on 11 29 25. Please resolve this asap, these are Christmas presents for my boys.

This company needs to be shutdown, This is not an made in America company as advertised. I got the 2 jackets I did receive in an international packaging.

I finally received my other jacket. I would suggest in your advertisements you let people know that this is coming in internationally and that it may take weeks to come or that it may come in separate packages. I see you are still advertising that people will be able to get it by Christmas. That is an untrue statement if they were to order today. I will not get on media as I did receive my 3rd jacket. I will probably not order again because of how this was handled. If a real person answered a phone call I would probably never had to go these lengths and time to complain. Please improve your customer relations.
