I ordered two hoodies for xmas for my sone, i ordered on the 7th of December. the day I ordered they sent an email that said, order excepted and gave an order # on the 9th i went to the web sight and entered the order # and was given a tracking # that just tells you it is in transit. that was 10 days ago and it was supposedly shipping from NY. well , I live in NY and it doesn't take 10 days to walk from one side of the state to the other. I've emailed four times and filled out the contact form at least 4 times and , you guessed it NOTHING. no communication at all. I think this is a basement business that is over whelmed.
Desired outcome: I want them delivered yesterday, Christmas is a week away.
why does no one respond to requests for information and the method of tracking or shipping? I need to know that these items will be delivered to me before Christmas. the order was place on the 7th of December. I see many complaints for the exact same reason/ A very frustrating part of the situation is the fact that no one returns my emails but you can send three adds per day to my email. please contact me as soon as possible to tell me when these will arrive.
after reading these complaints I've come to the conclusion that this is a scam Chinese company, the contact me @ Stephanie# bearskin hoodies is a fake, they answer every complaint in exactly the same way and no one gets any resolution. I have no idea how they have a 41/2 rating when everyone has given it a 1. anyway I'm writing the NYS attorney generals office and sending them their information for investigation.
just tried to write email to the company as requested and it gets returned by the yahoo mail system as not deliverable, no domain under that address. so even that was fake. I'm contacting my bank and requesting a refund because of fraud.
contacted "Stephanie" as requested, no response . but did get another generic email from them this time signed by a different fake person that basically said exactly the same thing as the email a week ago. it states "your package isn't stuck its moving through thru "system" and the last shows it in the distribution cntr in queens. translation , it's chinses goods stuck in customs. this company is a scam, DO NOT WASTE YUOR TIME AND MONEY>
the order finally arrived, it doesn't fix their problem. all could be avoided if they learned how to communicate with the customer. the amount of angst this causes is really terrible this time of year. thanks to the complaint board for all their help.
