Customer Service nightmare
Ordered shoes for my daughter in Colorado for her birthday. They sent them to my address in Oregon. Tried to find a phone number for customer service. No luck! Emailed 3 different email addresses relating the mis-shipment and to request a UPS label redirecting the order to her house. Never heard from anyone! It cost me $15.47 to get them shipped to her. I definitely would NOT recommend this company!

Baaaad boutique - very poor customer service
I have finally received all 4 items I ordered and I would NEVER EVER place another order with this “company”.
Placed order Dec 9. All items shipped separately and at different times. First item arrives right before Christmas and it’s “Chinese small”. Another two items show up in January and they were great. But last item never showed up shipped. I contact them several times about when to expect item to be shipped. They use excuse of Christmas orders. Then, I finally receive an email that states the item is late because of Christmas BUT it seems like it should have already arrived. About a week+ later, I receive notification that an item has shipped. Then item actually ships another week later. Then it takes forever to get to me. I finally receive the item today (Jan 25) and it’s not “soft” like it states it is and it’s “Chinese small”. This was my first and last order ever placed with this company! The sizing seems off and when items online state “IN STOCK”, I think they are ordered from somewhere like China or Japan. They don’t have a way of leaving reviews on their Facebook or website and I can now see why! I don’t know if they pay people to say nice things or if people are truly having a great experience! I definitely did NOT!
**Reading other comments and reviews, it seems like they abuse their customer’s feelings about their own store policies. They really try to use any excuses before apologizing and taking the heat. They expect the customer to be okay that their website states specific shipping time frames but they actually ship the item at a much later date. It’s abuse! It’s lies! Printing a shipping label isn’t the same as “shipping” the item and I’m not sure this company understands that!

I'm 63 and I've never had such awful complications. The first order I placed was supposed to be 40% off. It's supposed to be here, but we'll see. I accidentally ordered a pair of sandals and, oh, they were here first. I was charged $57.00 and they were $27. I couldn't keep them if I wanted to because they were too small. I asked for a return label and to adjust it in an email. They replied, "Sorry, I'm just seeing this. It's only me doing the emails." Like one reviewer said, they constantly do live videos and take your money. It takes forever to get your items and it's unprofessional and unacceptable. I'm also waiting for a pendant. So, between very little communication, a long wait on the product, and being overcharged, being a little upset is normal. I have never written a bad review in my life. Buyer beware! I'm going to call my bank and dispute all the charges and send everything back, even at my own expense. I could say more about the live videos, but I really don't care anymore. I just want this over and done with them.
I was a long term customer who purchased many times from Krush Kandy Boutique. I placed an order and paid for it on 1/14. KK still has my payment and still has not shipped my order. Ive tried to be patient. I understand they moved their business from Arizona to Utah. I have contacted them several times to resolve my order and payment with the owner, but they still cannot tell me when my order will ship. They will not give me a refund and now they will not even respond to my requests. I just want resolution on my purchase.
I have been (was) a customer for about five years if not longer and I used to love shopping with this boutique. The app is great! However there is too much disorganized chaos. Even before they moved. Lost packages, wrong packages, broken packages, major shipping delays (weeks-months), orders fulfilled out of chronicle order, and constantly places blame on USPS. Anymore I typically have to send them an email asking for them to send me the items I purchased. (Currently just emailed on one that’s 50 days old and was not a preorder.) A customer should never have to do that. Just watch the live events and you’ll see the disorganized chaos I’m referring to. Read the comments and you’ll see all the complaints I’m referring to above on shipping. I am saddened that I can no longer give them my business because I really enjoyed shipping with them.

I bought a bunch of stuff from Krush Kandy Boutique. When I got my package, there was a note saying one of my items was in a different warehouse and would be shipped separately. I waited a couple of weeks and then had to email them to ask where my tracking number was or when I would get my stuff. Finally, after a few more weeks, I got my last item. I ordered two items on 6/21/2022, same thing but different colors. A whole month went by and I didn't hear anything about my order. I sent emails asking about it. I had to go on a live chat to ask how long it takes for them to respond. Funny enough, that same day or the next day, I finally got a response. The reps said it was a pre-order and taking longer than expected. I told them over and over that I watched the whole live and they never said it was a pre-order. It wasn't even mentioned in the listing. They kept insisting it was a pre-order and even admitted to updating the listing. They kept talking about how many customers wanted this item to come back in stock. But no matter what, they didn't sell it as a pre-order on that live. I went back and forth with customer service who kept responding to old emails I already addressed. They even mentioned that Amazon has multiple warehouses. Okay, but you're definitely not Amazon or even close to their size, so you can't use them as an excuse for why my order is weeks late just because it was in a different location. Anyway, on 8/15, I finally got my order from 6/21, but it was wrong! Again, I ordered the same thing in two different colors, but I only got one correct color and a completely different item. I sent another email to customer service. Let's see how long it takes for them to respond and how they'll fix this.

This company is a joke
This company is a joke. I get 30 emails a day. There’s no link to unsubscribe from it and when I emailed them to unsubscribe me they told me they can’t I have to do it myself... when there isn’t a way for me to do it! This is absurd! I will never buy anything from here.
Amazing boutique with great customer service
Amazing boutique with great customer service. Highly recommend. I am a loyal customer who orders from this boutique on a regular basis. Everything I have purchased has been very good quality. As a customer service manager, I know good customer service and I think it’s important to pass that along when I get excellent service. I have personally witnessed this boutique go above and beyond not just for me, but for all of their customers.

This company does snake sales for minerals and I can't eleven she has a nurse as an admin who condones and works for someone like that Boutique owner. The mineral provide no real health benefit as it's just pretty much a supplement for the rea thing like real vitamins and vegetables and all snake sales just to change more for something that does nothing. She is also a republican rude Trumper who thinks others and her customers are beneath her as well. Js.
Literally the best boutique around
Literally the best boutique around. Kristyn is hands down one of the nicest, sweetest persons I’ve ever met. Most owners would not take the time to personally look into issues and refer you to their customer service email, but Kristyn will take care of everyone’s needs/issues individually including calling you. NO other boutique would offer to call you to resolve or even have a customer service number. They have far exceeded my expectations of business and is personable with every single customer.

Nothing but excuses. Jewelry breaks within a few days. Owners do not care about customers. Just ignore complaints, remove ppl that have ANYTHING negative to move on to selling more. The moving excuse is over used and they moved very suddenly wo warning or explanation. Just promises of "we will explain" and they never explain. Keep telling customers the move was for a good business decision and we would be happy. Business has gone downhill since the move. Owners still do not care. Clothes run super small and lives are run by size 2 models. Very strange company.

Horrible. Claims they are shipping out items, but they print labels and never send orders out. I kept emailing asking why they wouldn't send out my order and was told each time that it was "going out today". Then they began to ignore me and not write back. All the while, they posted stupid daily live videos on Facebook advertising new products and sent out a ton of emails. They should fulfill orders rather than try to get more and more of them. Fast forward to 2 months later And my having to file a claim through PayPal. Naturally, I won as they ignored both me and PayPal.

I have sent 3 emails asking where my order is and no response. Last night I was on their webpage and they have a messaging section that pops up and the woman told me that my order was showing received on her end which is absolutely incorrect, because my order is still showing it is processing! This is extremely frustrating paying for an item and never hearing from the company again, and if you do, you are told it shows it was delivered, when it clearly shows it hasn't even been processed! I would like my order shipped to me ASAP or a full refund credited back to my bank account! The one thing I do know for a fact, I will never purchase from this company ever again, nor will I ever refer anyone to it!
