First correspondence was on the website itself. To date no acknowledgment or reply from company. The answering system is worthless and there no way to speak with a live representative. This seems like a well marketed\advertised scam. If in fact it is please don't use my brothers and sisters in the military as a part of it. Thank you.

This is the third email with no reply or acknowledgement. Please respond with the order being received or has shipped.  A status would be greatly appreciated.
