I ordered a tactical hoodie (order # 3YAXK9PJ) and a rain jacket (order # 29F8TQHZ) on October 28th. Website shows that a tracking number still has not been assigned. Also my card statement shows that BAERskin charged my card $69.97 twice without my authorization. I checked the invoice for the hoodie and the rain jacket and did not see the $69.97 charges. Support non responsive.
Claimed loss: $139.94 ($69.97 x 2)
Desired outcome: Refund of $134.94. The immediate shipment of the Tactical Hoodie and rain jacket. Alternatively. a full refund of $439.74.

I did not request cancelation of my two Orders. I requtested immediate shipment. But cancellation was how ihow BAERskin elected to resolve this matter. Iam also advised that a full refund has been processed. That's that after waiting since Oct 28. This company sucks!
