On the 10th of February 2024 I was scammed an amount of R500 the money was taken from my bank account in a fraudulent way so these guys offered a package for a week which said pay R12 and access messages and see who likes, see that R12 is a small amount thts when I prosessed the payment and added m bank account details. A few hours later R500 was taken without my consent

Every month on the 26 th this Kismia withdraws 589 rands from my account. I have requested them to stop this and delete my information as this was not agreed upon.

Then it says you must cancel subscription it needs you to login. But don't as it does not have the steps they mention to do that.

The debits were not authorized and I have not been on their site for months but I am been debited.

I need my refund for the past 3 months.

This company to delete my information from their data base. As on my end I cannot get access to their settings and stop this anymore from happening.
