Terrible customer service. Ordered Dec 8th. No word after a week so I called, not answer. Got an email on Dec 17th promising it would be shipped in a week, that came and went. Then they said it would be shipped by Jan 1st, in small print Jan 20th. I then could not find my order and asked why. The next day Jan 10th I got a delivery confirmation email asking how I liked it and please let us know how you like our product. The problem was the delivery date was Jan 25th 2024, yes that's what I said, Jan 25th 2024...SCAM!
There was no miscommunication, your company flat out lied to me and I have the emails to prove it. No communication for a week after you sent me a delivery confirmation email to say that my order was delivered however the date was Jan 10th 2025 and delivery date was Jan 25th ...2024. My email that said "refund my money" was ignored. My three phone calls garnered no response so I contacted the credit card company and informed them of the fraud. After six weeks, six phone calls and 7 emails you now want to help? I will never buy another baerskin product and I will surely let everyone I speak to of your business model, delay, lie, delay and lie again.
Okay, I ordered this Dec 8th 2024, today is Jan 20th, 2025 and still no product. You have not responded to any of my emails or phone calls for a month, until I wrote this negative review. I think Ive made it pretty clear what I want

I also never received my order that I made in December 2024 and its now April 2025. I have had no luck contacting the seller. I advise not buying from these people.
SCAM ARTISTS BAERSKIN STEALS
I ordered the hoodie and rainjacket at a cost of $224.95 for my son, a Veteran, for his birthday. Before I even received the items, he changed his mind and wanted the "fold-up" rain jacket 2.0. Stupidly, I ordered that after and proceeded to return the original 2 items. Jess at BS customer service said, "keep product and we'll return 40% of your money" or return all for a full refund, and to send them a copy of the mailing receipt. I wrote my name, order # and address on 2 slips of paper, slipped one in each bag, put the 2 bags in a box and shipped back. That is the extent of my interaction with the product -- I never even took them out of the bag to look at them. I sent the items back - at my expense $32.00 - even though most American companies will pay for you to ship back. As I waited for my full refund, and before the items even made it back to the warehouse, I saw a pending credit on my account for $112.47. I thought, they must just issue a partial, pending credit while they await the product return. About 2 weeks later, I received an email stating that the inspectors found "white marks" or soil on the products -- interesting how that would have happened since I never took out of the bag! Consequently, they said they would only give me a partial credit because of the "white marks." This is totally dishonest -- their inspectors and superiors (who they said they consulted with) ARE LYING -- THEY KNOW FULL WELL THAT THE PRODUCTS WERE RETURNED IN PRISTINE CONDITION! Interesting how they issued that partial credit even before they received my items back -- THIS REVEALS THE SCAM THEY ARE RUNNING THAT THEY NEVER INTENDED TO RETURN MY MONEY REGARDLESS OF THE CONDITION! I have contacted the BBB, KY State and U.S. Attorneys General about these SCAM ARTISTS, and I intend to make their lives a LIVING HELL until they refund my money in full! You can bet on it!
made a purchase on August 30th the hoodie I got a confirmation which was MOXY103 we will send you an email when the item leaves our warehouse did not receive any shippment notification contacted customer support on September 5th 2025 they have not responded to 8 emails and so far have called the customer several times the still have not reached to me do not be fooled this company is in china not the U.S they said the item was delivered it went from order confirmation to delivered no prior confirmation of shipment I believe this is a SCAM I WILL BE CONTACTING YOUTUBE TO FLAG BAERSKIN BASED ON THE PRIOR CCOMPLAINT I HAVE NO EXPECTATION OF THEM CONTACTING OR REFUNDING ME I WILL ALSO BE CONTACTING THE BBB

This company is nothing but [censored]. No communication, no response to emails, no response to phone calls. They keep sending advertisements but nothing about my order. Really wish I had done more homework before ordering.
I was always on the fence of ordering due to lack of funds but your review means I'll just add another layer of clothing when I go outside and save what little money that I have.
I was very interested in purchasing this product but after seeing so many complaints about it being a scam, not only here, I decided not to. I even reported the ads every time I see them as fraud and commented to the ad provider that they may be liable for aiding in fraud.
IS Baerskin really scam or something else that is wrong...? Why would the company be so stupid to do these things (SCAM) ..? I find it problematic.Who was the VENDOR selling the hoodie. I was under the impression that the item (BAERSkin was sold by AMAZON .! WHAT'S THE REAL DEAL... I really want to know... How many people has this PROBLEM happened to?!?

You order something they take your money then you don't hear from them for weeks! you try to contact them no response, the worst part of it is that I did my research on the company, TRUST PIOLET gives them 5 stars, and scam website checker clears them with a 98% trustworthy rating, which is UNTRUE! This chinese company has fooled everyone dont let them fool you too! DONT BE A SUCKER!
Well now I returned the items after getting them finally to respond. they are supposed to be sending me the correct size items. they sent me a link to track my order, but just it just takes me to their website. I have sent many many emails trying to get an update. I also got a voicemail saying the never sent the return shipping labels, which I did get them. I am calling the bank to cancel purchase.

I cannot believe that I paid $139.00 for just the jacket. My $60 Finnish Military Jacket with all the pockets does the same. I thought I was getting the 3-1 jacket WITH a swen on patch. This ne er happened. The Truth be told I do like the Jacket, yes... I LIKE THE JACKET, slightly lighter than the Finnish BUT NOT $139.00 worth. Is my 3-1 jacket on the way or What? Thank you for your time.

I wish I had seen this. I placed 2 orders on Nov 12 and still does not show my order has shipped. I ordered the 3 in 1 hoodie. 1 for my wife and 1 for myself. Ordered the hoodie in a separate order for my son. It is now Dec 8 and not able to get a response in emails or voicemails. Would like to get a class action lawsuit against this company.
More of the same...I did receive some of my order. All the issues above are 100% true, I had a return but had to pay for shipping still waiting for my refund. I have a current order; tracking has not updated in 8 days. My return was because the package showed up at my door cut open, see pic (yup that is snow in my package in the lower corner of the cut package). Took all sorts of pictures sent them but nope, I had to pay to return.
AS A 9 YEAR DESERT STORM VETERAN, I appreciate great gear. The products I did receive really are awesome, better then NF, Columbia and Patagonia.

I placed an order and 2 orders were generated and charged. I've been messaging them for 3 days without a response or even an acknowledgement that they received the inquiries.
Phone calls are answered by an answering machine telling me to leave a message.
Their AI chat tells me that one of the orders isn't in their system but the web page says BOTH orders are on the way.
Very poor customer service.
