Terrible customer service. Ordered Dec 8th. No word after a week so I called, not answer. Got an email on Dec 17th promising it would be shipped in a week, that came and went. Then they said it would be shipped by Jan 1st, in small print Jan 20th. I then could not find my order and asked why. The next day Jan 10th I got a delivery confirmation email asking how I liked it and please let us know how you like our product. The problem was the delivery date was Jan 25th 2024, yes that's what I said, Jan 25th 2024...SCAM!
There was no miscommunication, your company flat out lied to me and I have the emails to prove it. No communication for a week after you sent me a delivery confirmation email to say that my order was delivered however the date was Jan 10th 2025 and delivery date was Jan 25th ...2024. My email that said "refund my money" was ignored. My three phone calls garnered no response so I contacted the credit card company and informed them of the fraud. After six weeks, six phone calls and 7 emails you now want to help? I will never buy another baerskin product and I will surely let everyone I speak to of your business model, delay, lie, delay and lie again.
Okay, I ordered this Dec 8th 2024, today is Jan 20th, 2025 and still no product. You have not responded to any of my emails or phone calls for a month, until I wrote this negative review. I think Ive made it pretty clear what I want

I also never received my order that I made in December 2024 and its now April 2025. I have had no luck contacting the seller. I advise not buying from these people.
SCAM ARTISTS BAERSKIN STEALS
I ordered the hoodie and rainjacket at a cost of $224.95 for my son, a Veteran, for his birthday. Before I even received the items, he changed his mind and wanted the "fold-up" rain jacket 2.0. Stupidly, I ordered that after and proceeded to return the original 2 items. Jess at BS customer service said, "keep product and we'll return 40% of your money" or return all for a full refund, and to send them a copy of the mailing receipt. I wrote my name, order # and address on 2 slips of paper, slipped one in each bag, put the 2 bags in a box and shipped back. That is the extent of my interaction with the product -- I never even took them out of the bag to look at them. I sent the items back - at my expense $32.00 - even though most American companies will pay for you to ship back. As I waited for my full refund, and before the items even made it back to the warehouse, I saw a pending credit on my account for $112.47. I thought, they must just issue a partial, pending credit while they await the product return. About 2 weeks later, I received an email stating that the inspectors found "white marks" or soil on the products -- interesting how that would have happened since I never took out of the bag! Consequently, they said they would only give me a partial credit because of the "white marks." This is totally dishonest -- their inspectors and superiors (who they said they consulted with) ARE LYING -- THEY KNOW FULL WELL THAT THE PRODUCTS WERE RETURNED IN PRISTINE CONDITION! Interesting how they issued that partial credit even before they received my items back -- THIS REVEALS THE SCAM THEY ARE RUNNING THAT THEY NEVER INTENDED TO RETURN MY MONEY REGARDLESS OF THE CONDITION! I have contacted the BBB, KY State and U.S. Attorneys General about these SCAM ARTISTS, and I intend to make their lives a LIVING HELL until they refund my money in full! You can bet on it!
