Hoodies not delivered
I ordered 3 Hoodies w/shells on Nov 18th and have not received them. I have not received any info on shipping status. They immediately accepted y money. Their reply for info on my order is "we'll email you as soon as we have more info". This was supposed to be a Christmas gift and I gave more than enough lead time. My order # is C3L7123U. I would like to receive what I paid for or get an immediate and full refund ($503.70).

Ordered December 10th and nothing no confirmation or email. But yet klarna has been taking money for payment so the order did go through. Multiple phone calls (no answer only voicemail and Multiple emails and chats with no response. Terrible company ant this point. To not return contact in any way is irresponsible as a business. I too am in the same situation ordered Nov 30 money paid and confirmation it was on its way - no communication or tracking available to date 24th Dec - tried call robot answer [protected]- this too was a present for my Veteran Husband on my limited income for Christmas - wanted to buy something that he chose - very disappointed. I placed an order on 11/30/2024 and another order on 12/3/2024. Per the website, it takes 10-14 days to ship. It is now December 20, 2024, and no sign of my orders. Contacted them after 12/14/2024 and asked where my items were, and said if they couldn't fill the orders to give me a refund. No response. Barking hoodie and rain cover
Ordered early December 2024. They sent info on 12/15/24 saying it had reached transport dispatch hub, tried international tracking number - said same no further information to today. Called, left messages, emailed several times. They sent email back that they got my email and would look into it. No further information. This company is all bots, no real people. Do NOT order from them! They have worst customer service in the world! I called my Credit card company opened a dispute as I told them I would. I contacted NYS Attorney General and filed a consumer fraud complaint today. O told them I would do that as well. I advise everyone having trouble with them to contact their state attorney general and file consumer fraud complaint against them. They are thieves.
