I placed an order on September 7th for a BaerSkin Hoodie and a rain jacket. I had received so many emails and pop ups on this company I was excited to order for them. I placed the order then I received two emails, one said we received your order. The second one said, "Great news your payment accepted" and then heard nothing else.
On September 18th I sent an email requesting information on the status of my order. I received an email saying "Thank you for contacting BearSkin, we have received your mail and marked it as high priority. Our team with get back to you as fast as possible. I am still waiting for the company to respond to that email.
A couple days later I got fed up and went to their website and put in another request for the status of the order and received nothing again. Still waiting for the response from the website request.
Oh, just received a response today September 24 from my inquiry on September 18TH. Sorry your package has not arrived yet. "As a general rule we tell customers, they can expect orders to arrive within 2 to 5 business day, following the purchase date. So, I am 17 days from the purchase date and no items received. But they sure took my money fast on September 7th.
But here is their [censored]e excuse: "However, we have to admit that processing and shipping all orders within the prescribed timeframe has turned out to be quite a challenge at times". Oh, guess what the real reason is they have not received their crap from China. My mistake for thinking the company based in KENTUCKY meant their items were made in the USA. Well, I got screwed on that one. So, now I just want my freaking money back.
NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY.
Recommendation: Never use this company.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
