BAERSkin Hoodie I was cheated by bearskin!!!

I paid for but I never received the Baerskin hoodie that I paid for. I called months afterwards and spoke with a customer service rep who said she would look into it. She was suprised when she foundd the order and my payment… but nothing ever happened. She di not follow up. Since then, I was rather involved in a severe hospitalization in the Critical Cardiac Care unit at Valley View hospital in Glenwood Spings, CO. I am a man age 81.

I again ordered an orange hoodie whcih I received. I like it.

But, the original order was never refunded to me. I demand a refund of my monies plus a 10% loss of of purchasing power over the 18 (or so) months this matter has been open. Thank you.

BAERSkin Hoodie This so called American company is a scam!

This is supposed to be an American Co. Located in Mississippi that ripped us off! The product is good the company and customer service it terrible. It was too big for my husband. We first tried to do exchange, and you cannot exchange or return without them sending the return address. No response you only have 60 days to return. Had to get our Credit card company involved. They finally sent the address at this point we just wanted to return it. It was unused returned in its original package. They never sent us a refund! They kept the $169 if I only knew they would scam us i would have given it to someone. Do not buy from this company! This is very sad I have had better luck with buying from China!

It must be traveling the world as it has not reached out to me.
Site states it was matched weeks ago, no updates, no way to contact.
The product is good as I have had one delivered, but what is going on with this order. It was for Christmas.

BAERSkin Hoodie No customer service for promised satisfaction guarantee!!!

I placed three orders between late November and early December for Christmas gifts. They never arrived before we left for our family Christmas, and I had to buy other things. The hoodie didn't arrive for over a month. It is fine, and some of the items are fine but most sized very small. I have tried for WEEKS to request return instructions for the things I need to send back. My credit card was certainly charged immediately, and I receive numerous marketing emails, but absolutely 0 response to many attempts at contacting the company.

BAERSkin Hoodie Order 2 baerskin hoodies as Christmas presents

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I placed my orders on 12/12/24 and 12/15/24. The second order I placed "shipped" first. According to tracking it says DELIVERED 1/7/25. But it was not delivered. I have emailed the company on several occasions to locate my order but no answer, just a reply they are "on it". When I try to determine who actually carried the order to our mailbox, I THINK it might have been ups but not sure and the website you end up with has no contact number. So bottom line, I still do not have my hoodie, paid $100 over 1 month ago and no Hoodie.
My second order placed on 12/15/2024 shipped 1/21/25! Of course I have no idea if I will actually receive this, so waiting. Another $100 probably down the drain!
The company presents itself as an American based company, but IT IS NOT. Per the tracking both hoodies shipped from China.
You cannot TALK to anyone. You have NO IDEA how or with whom your package ships and the tracking numbers do not coincide with any carrier.
A SCAM YES, BUT A VERY AGGRAVATING SCAM!
If possible I would give this company a big fat ZERO!

Recommendation: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Just so glad that after months of complaints, emails and phone calls, I have finally received both my jackets and the gift card. When the newly ordered Rain Jacket, which was ordered with the gift card is received I will let you know.

Yes I did finally receive the $100 dollar gift card on 2/17/25, the date of your reply above. So now I have ordered the rain jacket that will go over the hoodie I had ordered. Please do your best to get this to me in a timely manner. All of the correspondence tells me we should receive in 7-14 days. The last orders took over 2 months to receive, I hope this one is received on a more timely basis.
The jackets that I did purchase and were Christmas presents were received and both individuals like the jackets, so I have no complaint about the product. The logistics of the orders, communication, time involved to ship and receive and just communication with your company is certainly lacking. Alot of repeated AI generated emails without much care as to the problem actually getting solved. I am happy that for the most part, I did, after a lot of emails, complaints and waiting, finally receive both hoodies. So that is good. You guys just need to work on your order fulfillment practices. AND allow people to know that this is NOT a company working out of the US, but a China based company. So all shipments come from China, which includes the problems associated with shipments from other countries.

I am still waiting on the promised $100 gift card for the late shipment of hoodie #1. It has been almost 2 weeks since we finally received the late hoodie, but still no gift card. Here is the "stock answer" I get to every one of my emails sent to "customer service".

"Thanks for reaching out with your concern.
The gift card should be in your email up to 3 days after the delivery of your order.
Make sure you check your spam folder to confirm if you have not missed. If you still can't find it after that time, let us know and we will retrieve it for you here.

I must say that since I first started complaining thru this website, my responses have been coming on a regular basis from Baerskin's customer service. So thank you for that. Still need to receive Hoodie number 2 which was lost and am being told replacement is on the way and the $100 credit I was promised for the late shipment of Hoodie number 1.
The saga continues, but may be finally resolved, eventually. At least I am no longer being ignored by customer service, so again, thank you for that.

I received the hoodie in question, January 31. I also received an answer to an email I sent to customer service regarding the gift certificate and was told that in about 3 days after the hoodie in question was received, I should get the $100 credit in my email. Today is February 4 and have not received as yet.

There are two hoodies that I ordered. I finally did receive the first hoodie I ordered, but per an email from your company on 1/3/25 telling me that the hoodie is shipping late and that I can either cancel or wait to receive it, and I was promised $100 credit, if I chose to wait for shipment.
I did choose the $100 credit, how do I get this credit on your website?

I am still waiting on the replaced hoodie for the one never received. It is en-route according to the tracking.

I have a notification that the lost hoodie is being replaced, but the replacement has not shipped yet.
The second hoodie that I ordered has shipped and is at the China port waiting to board a ship.

I HAVE reached out to YOU DIRECTLY and NO ANSWER from you! The first hoodie says delivered, but that is not correct! It has NOT been delivered and I have NO WAY TO TRACK IT! Your company does not provide carriers name or tracking numbers that coincide with the carrier, so a customer actually has NO WAY TO TRACK AND FOLLOW your order as it ships and progresses through the shipping system. Only the shipping notes your company provides, which do not help.
My order that shipped first, has been lost. Please locate. Please reply to the emails I have sent directly to you.

I placed an order on 12/11/24, order was confirmed and payed same day,
Waited untill 1/6/25, emailed about my order. I recieved an email from Baerskin stating order was at the top of the list and would be shipped within 7 days.
Emailed again (1/20/25), recieved email on 1/21 verbatium that they sent me on 1/6, order was at the top of the list and would be shipped within 7 days.
Try to call to resolve the issue you just get the answering machine to leave a message.
Bad costumer service,

Recommendation: You could get get fleeced out of your fleece hoodie

I ordered on dec 25, 2024 and still don't have my hoodie. I have emailed the company numerous times to only get an apology and first a 10% discount and today a 15% discount on my next purchase! are you kidding? I will never order through this company again! I feel I have been scammed out of 100.00 and I am going to report this and tell all who will listen!

Terrible customer service. Ordered Dec 8th. No word after a week so I called, not answer. Got an email on Dec 17th promising it would be shipped in a week, that came and went. Then they said it would be shipped by Jan 1st, in small print Jan 20th. I then could not find my order and asked why. The next day Jan 10th I got a delivery confirmation email asking how I liked it and please let us know how you like our product. The problem was the delivery date was Jan 25th 2024, yes that's what I said, Jan 25th 2024...SCAM!

There was no miscommunication, your company flat out lied to me and I have the emails to prove it. No communication for a week after you sent me a delivery confirmation email to say that my order was delivered however the date was Jan 10th 2025 and delivery date was Jan 25th ...2024. My email that said "refund my money" was ignored. My three phone calls garnered no response so I contacted the credit card company and informed them of the fraud. After six weeks, six phone calls and 7 emails you now want to help? I will never buy another baerskin product and I will surely let everyone I speak to of your business model, delay, lie, delay and lie again.

I also never received my order that I made in December 2024 and its now April 2025. I have had no luck contacting the seller. I advise not buying from these people.

BAERSkin Hoodie Been waiting a month and a half, no hoodie

This would be the second time buying a hoodie from this company, the first time was alright and the hoodie was decent quality, however this time was different. we put in the order December 2nd and they took the money instantly before even sending out the order, and I went trying to look for my order and it says it doesn't exist, we've been waiting and i've sent emails about my order with no success. i'm very disappointed with this visit and will not be doing business with them again. 1/5 stars, do not recommend.

I ordered Dec 8th, I had heard nothing from them so I inquired. They promised it would be shipped in 7 days (Dec 24th) Then they told me January 1st, in small print maybe Jan 20th. When I looked at "find my order" it could not be found so I sent an email asking why I could not find my order. The next day they sent me a delivery notification email and asked if I would let them know what I thought about their product. Order the Hoodie on the 11th of December 2024. 11th of January 2025 came and went with no notice of any kind. Contacted through email and received a promised of delivery in one weeks time. This time came and went. Tried to contact again with zero response of any kind. Tried to get a refund and no answer. Phone number, chats, and emails do nothing. This is a $100 I could have gotten something else. I have bought other things from China with better results. Former military and deserve better. Save your money!

BAERSkin Hoodie Fleeced by bearskin or (we love your money long time)!!

If you're reading this, it's probably too late and you've fallen for their adverts.
Good luck getting your money back. You will likely end up having to dispute the charge with your CC company before they are responsive.

Secondly, "Stephanie" is a Very, Very Busy AI bot and she will reply to this as well as hundreds if not thousands of negative reviews.

Digital Innovation Ventures GmbH is a technology company based overseas that took out a patent on the "Baerskin Tactical Hoodie." The basis of the company is technology and digital information management (from their website). They are not a clothing company. Repeat that, Baerskin is a trademark, not a company. Looking at similar products on Amazon, they are likely sourced from the same or similar Chinese factories.

They excel at marketing and social medial management. They are one of the worst for fulfilment, customer service and responsiveness to concerns.

Once they have your money, be prepared for frustration and more frustration.

They have a Delaware address which is a registered agent not a physical company. They are based in Switzerland and simply run the website/ordering/marketing. They out source the production to China where the orders drop ship from. Since they are not US based, the BBB doesn't rate them or handle complaints.

It is likely to take weeks to get your order. If you need to return it, you pay. If you need to exchange it, you wait months. They are very unresponsive to refund requests. Many products never make it to the customers based on the reviews.

They respond to almost every social media response (negative) with a bot named "Stephanie." They will promise to make it right, just contact "Stephanie" directly. No or a very delayed response when you do. They have other bots with innocuous sounding female names like "Helen," "Melissa," etc. It is obvious these responses are canned or generated after parsing the review.

It took 3 months, hours of frustration and my disputing the charge via Paypal to finally get a refund for the product I never received.

Recommendation: Save frustration, money and time. Order a similar product on Amazon for much less hassle, faster shipping and returns.

I would be very curious as to where your "in house" product development team is located. Since your are a technology company, I would expect this means your marketing team that analyzes the sales and feedback data.

Your "manufacturing centers" are simply factories you drop ship from, not actually owned or controlled by Digital Innovation Ventures GmbH.

Nothing in your response actually disproves the core of my message. Digital Innovation Ventures GmbH is a DIGITAL venture, not a manufacturer and simply runs the storefront and marketing.

Experiencing the same issues. This "company" is a joke! Run away! If you go to their website all the reviews are positive, the air is sweeter, flowers are blooming, and their s#$t doesn't stink. The level of frustration is a 20 on a scale of 1 - 10!

I order 2 hoodies on December 20. I got confirmation email and all seemed fine. Fast forward 2 weeks still not delivered and tracking shows it has gone to believe it or not 8 locations. I contacted customer service which is only by email not phone number or human contact. Received generic spam type email for about 6 days. Then wonders or wonders it shows out for delivery only to later the same day show it is "undeliverable" and would be changed to pick up only. Where you may say and so did I. I sent another email. No response. I sent another email. The next day requesting my money back. Never heard from them but the money was returned. I have purchased this in the past with fast turn around and my kid really loves. It's just awful when a company outgrows their ability to take care of the customer. My advise hires some support staff and get an 800 number to help the customer your current policy isn't working.

Hi readers, I agree with those Baerskin Tactical clients who are reporting the awful service. I ordered on 12.14.24, and was promised a ship date of 12.27. That date came and went, and I have been unable to get ANY support from BT-by phone, email, or contact form.

So I would say that this company doesn't have bad support, but rather, they have NO support.

If anyone from BT is reading this please chime in with an update. My order number is 8XKZP4AK.

BAERSkin Hoodie Wrong size

I've had a mixed experience with Baerskin Tactical. I ordered the wrong kind of hoodie the first time. They sent me two of them and I was able to return them and get a refund. After having a good experience I ordered the correct kind of rain jacket. We received it after about a month and 1/2 and my husband tried it on and it was too big. I followed their website to request a return and replacement in a different size. I received a follow up email stating they received my email and will be getting back to me. That was in November and now it is January. I've since then sent two more emails with a copy of the original email as a reminder this isn't solved. Then I resent the request for a replacement. I'm unsure why the communication has been so difficult this time. Robin

BAERSkin Hoodie Waiting eternally for hoodies - can't reach customer service by phone.

I ordered 2 of the 4.0 hoodies on December 13 or 14. It said it should arrive around 12-24. Close call but I chanced it. I then ordered another though knew it wouldn't arrive in time - it was supposed to arrive on 12-27. It is now 1-3 and I have received NONE of the them and I cannot reach customer service by phone. If you call the number, you're only able to leave a message. I finally got an email back and they said it shipped and offered tracking information. The tracking said it arrived at a local delivery facility on 1-1 and nothing since. What facility? I'm so upset. My sons and husband seem to want them so I'll wait to see if they ever arrive but I probably wouldn't bother doing business with this company.

Recommendation: Buy a nice hoodie elsewhere.

I have similar issues. I placed orders on 11/28/24 and I've received no updates following the initial order confirmations. They charge your bank account immediately when the order is placed, not when the order is shipped, so they take your money, and leave you with crap for support options. My current ranking would be 0/5 stars. Buyer Beware!

BAERSkin Hoodie No delivery, no updates, no communication

I own an original Baerskin Hoodie from 1 year or so ago and it was really warm (but had a bad zipper), so I thought I would take advantage of the holiday sale. Wrong move! I placed 3 orders on December 9 and then December 14 and to date have received zero communication on shipping or delivery or fulfillment status, zero email responses other than automated responses acknowledging that I complained to them. AVOID THIS PRODUCT. If my orders are not cancelled and money is not refunded I will be pursuing a fraud investigation into this company. My hopes are not high after reading the other reviews here.

Recommendation: Do not buy anything from this business, they do not send you any products.

Non-delivery of merchandise and deliberately making refunding or cancelling orders this difficult is a MAJOR red flag, which at a minimum could be construed as a deceptive trade practice as defined by the FTC’s Bureau of Consumer Protection, but potentially opens the business up to far greater penalties, including criminal liability.

On December 9, 2024 I placed two separate orders for the a) BAERSkin 3-In-1 Women (hoodie 4.0 + Rain Jacket 2.0) & BAERSkin 3-In-1 (hoodie 4.0 + Rain Jacket 2.0) ( total $322.90 ) and another order for the BAERSkin Tactical Hoodie 4.0 ( total $69.97 ).

On December 14, 2024, I placed an additional order for the BAERSkin Tactical Hoodie 4.0 Women ( total $107.90 ).

I reached out to their support email on December 21, 2024 and did NOT receive a direct response.

Based on the reviews and complaints here, I am requesting a full cancellation/refund or I will be initiating a fraud investigation with my credit card and with PayPal, separately.

The last two emails went from "we will send you a free gift and it will ship within 7 days" at 11;24 am (12/31/2024) to getting an email from Lovely AT 6:29 AM (12/31/2024) stating that "we don't have an estimated shipping date!"
I called the [protected] number today just to see if it rings. It was ringing and I will keep trying.

BAERSkin Hoodie Disappointing experience: long wait, no delivery

I wouldn’t recommend ordering from BÆRSkin. I waited over a month, and my order still didn’t arrive even though I already paid for it. The hoodie is pricey, and it feels like the company is just enjoying the money I paid in advance.

In my case, I used an international card, and after waiting so long, I decided to cancel my order. But here's the kicker—I ended up losing money because of the currency exchange when they refunded me. They didn’t cover that loss, which isn’t fair at all. Meanwhile, they’ve already benefited from holding onto my payment. Overall, it’s been a frustrating experience.

I ordered multiple items and then never received them and never received any additional communication from them. I suspect they are using Artificial Intelligence to respond to complaints and create fake positive reviews. I finally disputed the charge with my credit card company to get a refund. DO NOT believe the hyped up reviews. Order at your own risk!

Recommendation: Do not waste your time with this vendor!

I've seen multiple responses from "Stephanie" and seen multiple replies back that the company still did not respond after contacting "Stephanie". I no longer want these products as the service has been horrible and I don't foresee it getting any better based on other user responses.

Be warned. Any positive reviews must be fake.
This company draws you in with all their ads and then takes your money and runs. Product never shipped (even though website says 10-14 days for delivery), had to email / message / call probably at least a dozen times before I finally got a response after posting a bad review on another site. Then they tell me that the product I ordered was a "preorder" and is now late "restocking". Not only is it impossible for both of these to be true, but nowhere on the site or the confirmation email did it state this. Now I'm out hundreds of $$ and have nothing to give for Christmas presents. And they, of course, won't reply to messages/emails asking for a refund.
Total scam. So disappointed

Ordered 3 of these hoodies on Nov 29. Website says 10-14 days for delivery. Started messaging on day 11 when I hadn’t heard anything. Customer service is non-existent. I am in the same boat, but luckily I was able to pivot on Christmas gifts. I am out over $500 - not letting this slide. Will have to pull some strings and contact state AG office as the scale of this points to deliberate fraud.

I am starting to go through what you describe. Its a good thing I only got hit for $99. I am more disappointed because I was really looking forward to experiencing the Jacket. Hopefully, the government would after scammer like this and the people that allow them to advertise on the platforms. These are the people that steals credit card information and sells it to oversea scammers.

BAERSkin Hoodie Incorrect order- # Z8DQDU7E ordered a EX and they sent wronge size. Now they won't respond .

I ordered XL and they sent a Large. Order: Z8DQDU7E I ordered the hoodie in XL and rain jacket in XL. The rain jacket is XL but the hoodie is Large. The packaging says XL but the hoodie inside is only a Large. I would like it to be replaced with an XL.They asked for pics of the label and I sent them 2. I would even take a different color. They ghosted me and will not respond.

In November, I placed 3 orders with Baerskin. None of the items arrived by Christmas, and I could only use the hoodie since I purchased it for my husband. He received it mid January. After many attempts to contact customer service, which does not exist... only bots... I finally received instructions to return I did so, at my cost, following every detail of instructions. A month later, there has been no word and no refund. My next step is to contact my credit card company and dispute the charges.

I don't recommend this company; customer service is horrible. I ordered a very nice hoodie in the winter which took over a month to arrive. I subsequently ordered two items in February which were never delivered. I had to leave a vm and the response was that their were two failed delivery attempts and nothing more.

Although I closed my dispute with Baersking through Synchrony Bank, and have attached the one letter I have received form said bank verifying the dispute closure (attached), BAerskin has rebutted my dispute, and despite being informed by Synchrony Bank on March 19th that the dispute were closed, has not removed their rebuttal, triggering an approximately 60 day investigation into this issue. The ball is now in BAerskin's court. So, here I sit with 2 hoodies that cannot be worn because of their capacious sizing, waiting for either a size replacement or refund, all caused by the the lousy Baerskin Customer Service who would not communicate with me despite multiple voice messages left with them, as well as, 2 print messages sent to them through their website concerning the sizing issue looking for remedy. In fact, were it not for Complaints Board it was unlikely that I would have heard form Baerskin Customer Service at all!

In actuality, although I have asked Synchrony Bank to close the dispute, and have received at least one letter stating the dispute has been closed (attached), according to my bank, BAerskin has rebutted my initial dispute and has not remoived their rebuttal, triggering an up to 60 day process of investigation inwhich I have no control over. Only BAerskin can stop this process form their end by remiving their rebuttal. So, here I am, the proud owner of 2 hoodies, both of which are too large to wear, waiting indefinitely for either a size exchange or reimbursement, all due to Baerskin Customer Service not responding to multiple phone calls from me, as well as messages from me through their website which led my to dispute the charges due to their lack of response to my inquiries.

I have just gotten off the phone with Synchrony Bank, the financial institution, and they verified to me they notified you digitally on March 19th that the disputes had been closed. RTHis complaint has NOT been resolved. Despite being contacted by "Lori" on 3/6/25 and told I would recieve an exchange,"Stephanie" followed up with an email on 3/10/25, telling me that because a filed a dispute with Paypal and my financial institution, the exchange was placed on hold and my pruchase finds held in escrow. I contacted both Paypal and my bank to withdraw the dispute, and was told by my bank they had no dispute on file. I sent a reply email back to "Stephanie" on 3/10/25 inform her of the dispute withdrawal, but have heard nothing back from anyone from Baerskin since that time. I should note that Stephanie chided me for filing the dispute, mentioning that they had wanted to resolve this themselves (how they would have done that without communicating with me until I filed a complaint with Complaints Board 3 weeks after my purchase and following many unsuccessful attemots to contact them by email and phone messages is beyond me). It appears BAERskin customer service is MIA and FOS!

Ordered several items in December, still missing one (it’s 2/25). Have emailed, left messages and there have been no attempts to return those calls/emails. Originally they send tracking info. It listed several items tracking numbers but there is no way to match tracking number with items ordered/sent. While all items said sent, I still didn’t receive the hoodie. There is no way to actually speak to customer service. Everything is automated.

I ordered 2 Hoodies with rain gear option. Your text to me says they are on the way with order tracking #'s from Feb. 4,2025. UK005034482YP & UK005026968YP. The tracking numbers don't work on any of the delivery services. UPS, Fed-ex or USPS. I need the products I ordered or a complete refund. I was going to use these in Alaska next month, and was excited about havng them,but from all the compliants I see where people are not getting their order and being ignored and cant actual talk to someone, it sounds like this company is defrauding people purposley. The card I used needs to be refunded or they plain to take legal action if the product is not delivered or refunded.

BAERSkin Hoodie Order cancelled but no refund issued

I placed an order for a Baerskin tactical hoodie and outer jacket on 12/20/24. I changed my mind about the order and decided to cancel it. I contacted Baerskin and requested the order be cancelled on 1/4/25 and they cancelled the order on January 1/6/25 (copy of email attached). At the time they stated in the email that a refund would be issued which would take 3-5 days to show on my credit card. But I have not received the refund as of yet. I have continued to contact them both by email and leaving messages on their voice mail which they are not even responding to.

BAERSkin Hoodie Rip-off and scammers

I placed my order on 12/23 and was told it will be delivered in less than 2 weeks. I have been following up every day or every other day and finally I was told it was shipped on 1/25 but there has been no progress on any of the 3 jackets for which they created a label but there has been no movement till date. I have asked them to cancel my order and give me a refund but they have been refusing to do that as well. I have been sending emails to all the below email id and keep getting the same reply that it was shipped and you can return it once it is delivered. When I ask them what is the deliery date they dont have any answer for the same.

So basically you people are not willing to help or compensate for all my time and effort. All I am asking you is to match the item price to what i was charged when i placed the order in Dec but you are not wanting to do that. If you people are not able to fulfill the orders in time then you should stop putting so many ads and taking in more orders. As per your website it says "Due to high seasonal demand, we’re working hard to deliver your gear within 6 to 14 days from the order date." but mine was not processed even after a month

Thanks for paying me back the money you kept for nearly 1 5 months and making me waste so much of my time on the followups and tracking all in vain. Since I was sure about moving at end of Jan, I informed you about that on Jan 2nd if the order cannot be delivered before 1/15 I need that to be cancelled.

I asked you several times if I place a new order for the 4 hoodies to be delivered at the new address will you adjust the price to match the price I paid for the current order and as compensation for all my effort and trouble will you add the glasses as the free item instead of the beanie or wallet but you never confirmed about that. I wasted so much of my time on this and kept following up on it because of the move and getting back the money is not going to compensate for all my effort and time.

As informed on Jan 2nd if the order is not delivered by 1/15, i asked you to have it cancelled. Also, i did send an email on Jan 31st before the move that "I am moving out of that address by end of this month and will not be responsible if the package it delivered there. That was the reason j told if the order is not delivered by the 15th I asked you people to cancel it. I don't want to come back to.pick and return the package and will dispute the charge with so much delay"

You people said you cannot cancel or stop the order since it was already in transit. But now you are saying that you will cancel the order and refund only for 2 items and not the 3 items charged. I am expecting full refund of the order since you people can have that picked up ftom, the old address where it was delivered, if it was ever delivered.

Creating a label does not mean that the item has shipped. It has been already more than 2 weeks and not sure why i should wait 1 more week before you can refund my money or reship the order with high priority with compensation of adding a free wallet or glasses to the order for all the wait and inconvinence you people have caused me. Both the worthless velcore and the hoodie shipped on the same date by the velcore order was sent to the shppier only on 2/3 after the initial compaliant was filed. There is no movement on the main order for which i was charged more than $200 that you people took from my account more than a month ago.

If you people are not able to send the shipments on time then stop your promotions and fulfill the orders in timely manner. Compensate the customers for their wait and patiences.

I returned my order because it was a gift to a family member and they needed a bigger size.
I returned it January 6, 2025 and still waiting.
I email several times and they responded back saying I received my order and enjoy your jacket. I have the email for them responding they received my jacket back and
I have the USPS label they sent to ship back and I have the tracking number also.
Now I just want a refund or store credit.

BAERSkin Hoodie Scam alert. Take money and hoodie never shipped

First week of December, we ordered a hoodie online. Paid for and received the email stating they would provide shipping details once shipped in 5-10 business days. This was intended as a Christmas gift for our son. Two weeks later (10 business days), we contacted them via email and received no response. A day later, we contacted again via email and called this time. We received an email back saying they were backordered and we could cancel our order or wait till it could ship in January and also receive a $100 credit voucher. We elected to wait and receive the voucher figuring we coudl give to our son as a birthday gift in late February. The ship date was promised Jan 20; on the 20th we had not received any communication, so we called and emailed again. The next day (1/21/25) they sent a text with shipping info and no voucher info. Since that day, the shipping company WanB Express has had the same info saying "Parcel Data Received." with no other updates. It appears the product is not going to be shipped any time soon. First of all, terrible communication; second, the product is coming from China. If we had known this from the start, we would have never bought the product.

Claimed loss: The price of the Hoodie, $99.95 and the cost of shipment as charged.

Desired outcome: We would like to get the product that we paid for plus the promised $100 voucher.

Thank you for your response. I believe you are an AI chatbot. However, I will not allow this complaint to be closed/resolved until I have received both the product and the promised gift card/voucher. Thank you for your prompt response. I will wait until the product is received before closing this thread and marking it as resolved. However, I am very disappointed with the lack of communication and updates thus far. It’s frustrating that responses come quickly when the issue is made public, yet private communication has been inadequate.

I urge your company to provide accurate shipping timelines, especially since I frequently see your advertisements online. Many potential customers may face the same issue—limited communication and excessively long lead times.

Once I receive both the product and the $100 gift card, I will consider this matter resolved.

I have been trying for WEEKS to get a refund for products that either arrived too late to be Christmas gifts (ordered weeks ahead) or too small. I have emailed "Stephanie" numerous times with order numbers and details, and used the contact us link on website to no avail. I am going to call and dispute the charges on my credit card this week. I purchased these items with "satisfaction guaranteed." I would never order from this company again.

Their customer service was not only poor, it was dishonest. On multiple occasions I tried to contact a representative, but instead of speaking with someone, it went to a voicemail. The voicemail message promised someone would reach out, but they did not. A few days later, I would get an email stating they tried to call but I did not answer. That information was false. I did not receive any calls, including spam on the days they stated they called. This has been a nightmare.

In addition, I received an email with a special discount code on a future purchase. I will never use the company again, so I was not compensated for my frustrations. The product was purchased on 12/7/2024 and arrived on 2/1/2025. This experience has been a nightmare.

Desired outcome: A representative of the company should reach to me directly to resolve my frustrations and the company should provide a substantial refund not a discount on a future purchase.

Need to exchange from L to M. Submitted multiple requests online, none were answered. Left voice mail on contact phone, still no answer. Customer service seems to be very poor. Company guarantees item will fit according to their chart or they will exchange but using their chart, the items purchased (3 hoodies) are too large and nobody is responding to my requests for an exchange.

In December I ordered the Baerskin tactical fleece in green as a gift (order #FLXV690A. It is now January 27, 2025 and has yet to be delivered. Tried finding a customer service phone number, no dice.

I bought two blue hoodies from this company last year and am very pleased with the product, but now I am very disappointed. I’ve replying to their emails claiming the jacket was delivered, but to date I have not had a response.

Ordered two over a month ago, tried to check back with company as to status of my 200.00 purchase. Upon trying contact they have a phone in Mississippi, nobody answers, they have a phoney address in Delaware 16192 coastal hwy. Appears to be a construction co., next they have a location in South Africa, Capetown, this is supposed be a studio
Then we progress to Switzerland for design or whatever. They have a chat line I have chated on 4 times, to no avail. Your asked to punch in numbers than they say they don't understand the number they just gave me? They will pump out shipping
numbes at nauseum to no avail, no locations. The AI system is designed to run in circles. No humans to talk to, of course they have my credit card numbers, wonder what's next my bank account.

Desired outcome: Hoodies, although from some of the 96 complaints, I am not sure if they are worth having.

I ordered a Softshell Jacket a few weeks before Christmas, I knew it properly wouldn't arrive before the big day that that was OK.

It arrived just in time for the new year, but when I tried it on it was way to big for me, so I thought I'll see what's the best way to arrange a exchange and that when the issues started.

I have emailed at least 4 times, I tried using the chatbot on the web site I don't know how many times but it kept freezing after asking for my email address. I think on about attempt 30 it actual worked and at the end of the chat it gave me a ticket number and said someone would contact me within 24hrs, well they never did and that was over a week ago. I even called them which isn't cheep from the UK but all I got was an answer machine that nobody has even responded to.

Does anybody know how to get these people to communicate?

The replacement Jacket has just been delivered, so thank you to this site & Baerskin for reacting to the issue. It's just a shame that I had to raise it on here to get a reaction from Baerskin.

Anyway the new one fit much better and it will be going on it's first outing this afternoon when I take the dog for a nice country walk.

I received emails from Baerskin within 12 hrs of raising this compliant apologizing for not responding.

The emails stated that a replacement Jacket will be sent FOC in a smaller size, but up to this point I have had no notification that it has been dispatched.

I will update this thread as soon as I hear anything.

I placed 4 orders with this company in November. Items did not arrive for Holidays, I made numerous efforts to contact them, but their answer system only takes messages. Finally, they send me a response after they missed the due dates, apologizing for the delay and offered for me to wait or cancel no questions asked. I thought maybe I didn't get scammed, so I canceled only 3 of the 4 orders. On the canceled orders 1 of 3 was confirmed canceled with expected refund in 3-5 business days. 3 weeks later, No refund, no confirmation on the other 2 orders cancellations and same inability to reach anyone. what's worse is that they still email and txt me almost daily their Spam to buy more products. As for the 4th order I did not cancel, I am still waiting for it like a fool...

I cannot find a uk number to phone but their previous experience in dealing with my complaint gives me any hope whatsoever in this matter. The attitude of baerskin appears to be got your money and we make it as hard as possible to a refund

BAERSkin Hoodie Took my money, 2 months later still waiting to recieve my goods.

I ordered both the waterproof soft shell jacket and the waterproof shorts shell trousers (pants) both size medium both in black on 21st nov 2024. I received an email on the same date confirm as much. The £274.90 left my naked account on 22nd nov 2024. I still haven't heard anything in regards to where my items are, other than the tracker I access via the original email they sent me to tell me that they've received my order. It's now currently 19th jan 2025 nearly 2 wholes months to the day I placed the order and i'm nearly £300 out of pocket and with no items to show for it! This is an absolute disgrace! Anyone reading this who hasn't yet been conned by this company then be warned! Do not order from them! They will take your money and not deliver the goods you pay them for!
