BAERSkin Hoodie review: Hoodie and rain jacket.

I ordered the hoodie and rain jacket from Baerskin Tactical on November 14th 2025. I did not get my order in the time frame that I was told which is 2-9 days after order confirmation. So I contacted them to cancel my order. I was sent an email stating that one of my items was a pre- order which they did not inform me of this when I placed my order. I once again said that I wish to cancel my order. They gave me excuses after excuses for why they couldn't cancel my order. I have several emails confirming this. Also if you look up the address it says Lewes, Delaware, false! I found out they aren't even in the USA. They are actually outside of the USA which they do not disclose. I found out through the BBB agency when I filed my complaint. December 1st I received the items. I asked for a refund. I have to pay shipping myself. I'm a senior citizen with a heart condition I don't have the money for a lawyer. I shouldn't have to pay for shipping on an item that I tried to cancel several times! Never once did I get a tracking number! Easy returns is a lie! I couldn't even cancel my order before they even shipped it out! One more thing you can't even get ahold of this company by phone! That's why the BBB agency is unable to help!
