I have purchased 4 or 5 hoodies from Bearskin were delivered without a hitch. The last Hoodie I ordered three weeks ago has not been delivered to my nephew. This is the second one I sent him. The first was the cammo hoodie 4.0 and was delivered without a problem. The last hoodie ordered has not been received nor have I been notified of any problem. Bearskin was very quick to collect my payment but My nephew tn Evergreen Park Illinois has yet to receive his Christmas hoodie (size small men's). Please look into it Forest green size small men's 4.0

I have purchased 5 bearskins over the last three years. Product is excellent and customer service has always been on top of any question or concern I had. However, the last bearskin 4.0 I purchased three weeks ago for my nephew in Evergreen Park, Il ( men's small, dark green 4.0 ) has not been delivered or have I been able to reach anyone at bearskin so they can follow up on order since they immediately collected my charge account. It is my nephews Christmas present but probably late now. PLease look into this for me.
