This a horrible company that is far more concerned to extract money from its customers. I ordered a hoodie, whated to see what it cost to purchase 2 products and without giving me a chance to approve the purchase, just charged my card. I attempted to cancel the order and they charged my account again. Thinking I had canceled the initial order, I put in another order and again they charged my account.I have called and left messages(they never responded)and emailed (again no response). The worse thing is I have not recieved any shipments. Do not do business with these people. If you want one of their products, go to ebay where you can buy the products at roughly 1/3 the price

I can see that one of my colleagues did respond to your email with an update on the stocks for your products and also assisted you with cancelling and refunding two of your upsell orders YL2BT3CK and L4Q66N3E.
In that email it was also explained that we are unable to cancel the initial orders but are able to cancel the upsell orders. We have also recently sent you an email with an update on the status of your orders C36M3TWF, 17PK7NXD, and RRBKE7ZQ.
