I placed one order for a winter fleece and before I checked out, it offered me another fleece at a discount. So I purchased two. This generated 2 order numbers, apparently under one tracking number. Only one fleece was delivered. I even have a photo of the delivery showing a bag the size of one fleece weighing .8 kilograms. I have emailed and called multiple times and they just send me a reply saying the tracking number says it was delivered and check with my neighbors. You can’t actually speak with anyone on the phone, can only leave voicemail. I have disputed the charge and Amex has given a refund. I assume they’ll try to extract a refund from them. I should note that the company sent me an email to rate them. If I rated 8-10, they redirected the email directly to Trust Pilot for review. If I rate 0-7, it goes directly to them only. Wish I had done more searching about the company beforehand, including AI description of them: “ Baerskin Tactical faces significant fraud and scam accusations, with numerous customers reporting issues like unreceived orders, poor/non-existent customer service, difficulty getting refunds, misleading ads (e.g., not actual bear skin), and hidden subscription charges, despite some positive product reviews suggesting decent quality when received.”

Well thank goodness for credit card companies who get money back for consumers from companies like you. If not for that and all of the complaints I have filed, I’m sure I would have faced inaction like the many unfortunate others who have reported unfulfilled orders.
