I ordered a hoodie and rain jacket on Nov 5th, could not get any tracking on their site. Emailed to find out what was going on. Was told backlog on orders. Nov 28th still no tracking or delivery. Also there was a third charge on my CC, when there should only be 2. Now a month and a half later with no delivery and no response by email or phone call. Horrible customer service, deceptive advertising. No reason for this level of incompetence. I ordered a hoodie a few years ago and loved it, sadly I won't be ordering from them again if this ever gets resolved.
Desired outcome: Receive merchandise and refund the extra charge on my account.
