Ordered 2 of the hoodies. Made the mistake of clicking on the wrong size for one. I went on the website within minutes to try to catch the error prior to shipping. NO RESPONSE. The next day I ordered another in the correct size to make sure the Xmas gift was taken care of. Surprisingly they all came very fast. 6 e-mails and one phone call so far to get the exchange information during the past week. The product is as described. Husband is elated to have one. Buyer: sizes seem accurate. There is a phone number you can call to correct the order, but no one answers it. When you do get an e-mail, they only want to exchange the size. The phone person can't seem to do any other task for you. I may file a complaint on my credit card if this continues on to make sure I get the credit back.
