Baerskinhoodies Review: Buyer Beware! Terrible Customer Service & Long Wait Times
I'm writing this review to let you all know about my experience with Baerskinhoodies. I ordered a bunch of hoodies from them in mid December, and I was super excited to get them. However, it's been over 3 weeks and they haven't arrived yet! I tried messaging their customer service to see what's going on, but they haven't responded at all. It's really frustrating because they already took the full amount from my bank account.
I'm really disappointed with this company and I don't think I'll be ordering from them again. Honestly, my customer rating for them right now is close to zero. It's really hard to trust a company that doesn't even respond to customer inquiries. I feel like I got scammed out of $269 and I'm not happy about it.
If you're thinking about ordering from Baerskinhoodies, I would really reconsider. They might take your money and never send you your products. I really hope that they'll improve their customer service in the future, because right now it's not good at all.
Anyway, if you're reading this review and you're still considering ordering from Baerskinhoodies, I would recommend against it. There are plenty of other companies out there that have better customer service and are more trustworthy. Don't make the same mistake I did!

Baerskin Hoodies Review: Scam or Legit? Potential warning for buyers
Ordered two hoodies a whole month ago, and I'm still on edge for the delivery. I've sent some emails, but there hasn't been any response yet. After perusing the reviews here, I'm starting to think of Baerskin Hoodies as a scam. I can't believe I'm out $200, and they tricked us. Whoever owns Baerskin Hoodies, you've conned us all!
If they actually made and sold what they advertised, they'd have the most incredible product out there. I'm not writing off a chance to update this review in the future unless the hoodies I ordered arrive. But as for now, I wouldn't recommend doing business with this company.

Baerskinhoodie.com: Huge Disappointment, Tedious Return Process
So, I ordered the B?RSkin Hoodie from baerskinhoodie.com, and let me tell you, it was a huge disappointment. I mean, I ordered a 2XL, but when it arrived, it looked like a children's size. It was so small that it barely fitted me at the shoulders, and the chest had a gap of about 6 inches from closing. I couldn't believe my eyes!
Naturally, I wanted to return it and get a refund asap. But that turned out to be a tedious process. I spent the whole day trying to contact the company, but no luck. On the second day, I finally received a response, but it was some generic computer-generated text that was no help at all. I was so frustrated!
Finally, on the third day, I received another computer response with some directions. If I read carefully, I could understand what they wanted from me. But by then, I had had enough. So, on the fourth day, I decided to return the items, unworn, in their original packaging via USPS priority mail with a tracking number.
Now, I'm just waiting for the credit to show up on my credit card. Hopefully, everything works out in the end. But I'm definitely not going to do business with these folks anymore. Trust me, save yourself a lot of hassle and steer clear of baerskinhoodie.com.

Buyer Beware: Baerskinhoodie.com Customer Service is Non-Existent
So, let me tell you about Baerskinhoodie.com. I gotta say, I ain't too thrilled with them right now. Usually I don't write no reviews, but after dealing with their lack of customer service, I just had to share my experience. My old man ordered a couple of M size hoodies, which is usually what he wears. But when they arrived, they were gigantic on him, like a large size. He couldn't wear them at all. So I tried to reach out to the company for a return or exchange, but no luck. They ain't got no phone number, and I emailed them twice with nary a peep back. It's just plain wrong to advertise one thing and then not stand behind your product. And these hoodies were no chump change, either. I ain't happy with this situation and would not recommend this company to anyone. In my book, they are a downright terrible company, and I ain't got no time for that.

Disappointing experience with B?RSkin Hoodie: Subpar Quality & Terrible Customer Service
I gotta say, I'm not too pleased with my experience with B?RSkin Hoodie. I ordered two hoodies as Christmas gifts for my loved ones, and I was really excited to see their faces light up. But boy, was I wrong. I waited and waited, but the hoodies never seemed to arrive. I thought maybe they were just delayed due to holiday shipping, but when I tried to contact customer service, it was like trying to find a needle in a haystack. No phone number, no live chat, just a generic email address that nobody seemed to respond to.
It was already the day before Christmas Eve, and I was starting to panic. I had to quickly scramble to find an alternative gift and ended up having to rush to Kohl's to find something decent. Let me tell you, that was not how I wanted to spend my day.
As it turns out, the hoodies never arrived until well after the holidays were over. And even then, the quality of the hoodies was less than ideal. It's really disappointing, especially considering the amount of money I spent on them. I would not recommend this company to anyone, unless you're willing to take a chance on subpar quality and terrible customer service. It's such a shame, because the designs of their hoodies are really cool and unique. But unfortunately, that's not enough to make up for their lack of professionalism and overall disappointment.

I emailed Baerskin to get instructions for returns and was asked to provide the email and invoice number. After I answer I got no response even after I followed up with 2 additional emails and 2 phone calls. I wish I knew this before buying.
I have left several messages from Dec 20 - Dec 30 to do an exchange. I ordered an XL and received a M. I cannot get anyone to return my messages on how to send this back. I am now request a refund of $107.34 as I do not trust this company now.
In late October 2025 I ordered a Men's size medium rain jacket 2.0 in Hunter green. I have not received my order despite several emails to the company.(The only way you can contact them) The post office has no sign of any activity on tracking #9234690370396800750359, which is supposedly the tracking number for this order. There is no way I would have selected an XL instead of a small and an olive green instead of a grey just by mistake. Contacted them immediately after seeing the incorrect order information and was told I would receive an email, which I have not. Based on the poor reviews, it sounds like I have been scammed. I ordered a bearskin hoodie. For the last 5 days it shows it's out for delivery. Left voicemail and several emails, first email was responded to and they said to contact them in a day if the order status hadn't changed, which I did. I have since sent several emails with no response from this company. Buyer beware!
I ordered and once my invoice was received I realized there was other items that what I actually wanted I sent email to cancel order 2 days later they drafted my account left messages and no one has called me back. I sent email and this problem has not been resolved. Customer Service is awful. I would not recommend ordering with this company
I was sent 3 fleece hoodies. I want to return two of them because that is not what I ordered. I ordered a water proof jacket and a fleece hoodie. Please help me. I have been trying to get ahold of you guys for over a month for someone to help me and I am not getting any help.
I regret not reading reviews before ordering from Bearskin. I simply wanted to try a pair of pants and gift a jacket for my son’s birthday. Their aggressive methodology—specifically the inability to remove items from the cart if added in error—led to four items being charged when I only intended to purchase one. They refunded all but the pants and now refuse to cover return shipping.
After mailing the pants back using their label, they sent me a replacement without consent, seemingly to avoid issuing a full refund. From my experience, Bearskin won’t refund fully unless customers pay for shipping.
I haven’t contacted the BBB or Trustpilot yet—not because they don’t deserve the feedback, but because Bearskin has already taken more time from me than I’m comfortable admitting. As of 10/25/25, I’m out $99.99 and stuck with pants that don’t fit.
I genuinely hoped to praise their product and service. Instead, I’m sharing this so others don’t have to fight just to be treated like a customer.
