I'm impressed! This was my first time using Harvard Business Services and it was the easiest, simplest and professional incorporation of a company I have experienced. I would strongly recommend Harvard Business Services to everyone.

I have always been so impressed with their prompt and efficient manner in which they do their jobs. They are also extremely accommodating and friendly. Love doing business with them! Which you honestly don't find very often these days.

We used them to set-up our LLC for our new business. They are very prompt and professional with responses. When I first filed for our LLC with Harvard Business Services, there was an issue. They called right away and handled it. Highly recommend!

I have used another company in the past. I came across Harvard by accident. They were efficient, responsive and got my registration done quickly. They respond to calls and emails immediately. Impressive. I am switching all my entities to them as registered agents.

Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, answered all questions. Surprised at the level of professionalism and spirit cooperation in correspondence. My questions were minimal simply due to my limited experience, however the individuals I spoke with did not make me feel marginalized or inadequate. I recommend this company especially for the novice individual like myself.

I got DelawareInc.com a great business formation provider. I'm a foreign person ordered an LLC (INC498076) and I got my business registered in 5 days. Awesome service, really. Additionally, I ordered for an EIN (EIN145798) after my business formed at Delaware. And I'm waiting for the EIN confirmation, also I know the EIN will take a little delay because of COVID-19 pandemic.

Have used Harvard Business Services for several years. It is one of the best, if not the best. They have always been extremely responsive and very quick in answering all questions. They make sure to stay in touch with their clients by providing updated and timely information regarding any changes that may effect your business designation. Very pleased with the service and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for professional services.

I've worked with HBS a couple times for businesses I've started. I'm a prototypical silicon valley startup guy in many ways, so I was a bit leery of their old-school web design, but honestly, they're great. Fast, professional, reasonably priced, very responsive. Once they did mess up on submitting a specialized document properly, but fessed up to it and made things right. They really know what they're talking about, and they're easy to do business with.

I had to admit, I wasn't sure what the big deal was about HBS. I rather go through other options that will also get my company setup efficiently. However, this company came highly recommended from a well respected CEO friend. When I called 2 times with questions, the same customer service rep was short with my questions and wanted to quickly end my calls. I wish that I got his name. However, there is a good ending. I came across Andrew Millman. He had empathy for a new business owner and was detail with the process. Because of Andrew, I am a HBS customer now. I will recommend other contacts to go through Andrew to setup their businesses.

Our Canadian company required a US LLC to register an Amazon FBA Sellers Account and open a US bank account. We signed up for their basic package. Harvard responded within a day and helped rectify an earlier misstep - we had paid to reserve a name, which was unnecessary, and Harvard helped get it released. The reason for the 5 star review is after setting up the LLC we ordered apostilled formation documents to set up a bank account. As a newbie company trying to keep costs down we had found a lot of our information online, some of which is nonsense. We received a call from Harvard questioning the need for this. We checked with our bank and they agreed with Harvard. Harvard saved us over $200 in this instance and could have saved us $275 if we had contacted them before reserving the name. They get 5 stars for being professional, friendly and sharing their knowledge in the customer's best interest. Great job.

I paid this company hundreds of dollars for a mail forwarding service. They decided to steal a very important postcard that I sent for address verification (as I paid to use their address as my company's mailing address) instead of forwarding it to me and they stated the following: "Regarding any Amazon post cards, we cannot forward these codes from Amazon as they are attempts to verify the physical business address of the company. As stated in the terms and conditions of the mail forwarding service, our agent address can only be used for mail purposes only. Our agent address cannot be used as the physical business address for the company." This has basically destroyed my business and will set us back months to start over. I wasn't aware of the fact that I was paying a mail forwarding service to selectively decide what type of mail I can and cannot receive there.

There was a misunderstanding and poor communication with the mailroom team at this business originally, I spoke to the owner who worked with me to clear up the situation. If you have any issue I recommend speaking with the owner, he is available and will try his best to resolve any problem.
