I ordered these in August 2025 and have not even received a tracking number nor received my order. The credit card was charged. I have called multiple times and left the message on the "so called" customer service line. There is no one you can talk to there except the computer! I have emailed twice through the "contact us" on the webpage, but have not recieved an answer. My order number is BAERSkin Order UNNM9AYC. Please contact me and get this resolved!

Claimed loss: $170.00

Desired outcome: Please contact me, product delivered or refund.
