Their adds are all over youtube. Very high production values for what looks to be quality outdoor wear.

I ordered a rain jacket back in June. By September it still had not arrived. I made several calls to customer service (which were never returned). Emails to customer service were answered with "production delays", "popular item sold out quicker than we expected", "we understand your frustration", etc. etc. It feels like an AI Bot is responding to my emails. And still no jacket.

An internet search doesn't get you anywhere close to a phone number that you can call to talk to a human being.

Emails are not enough. I want to talk with someone. You have my phone number, so call me. I get email after email with excuse after excuse. Phone me!
