I have not received order #'s 2J0JRBTJ and QXX49DW1. I paid for these it came out of my bank account. All it says is orders are on the way, that was back on August 9, 2025. It still says that. I sent an email 3 days ago and got nothing in return. I called today, maybe I will get a call back, and now I am reaching out this way. I like the product, I just want my orders, please, can you help me?

Desired outcome: I would like my orders delivered.
