Bearskin Hoodie 4.o
I have purchased 4 or 5 hoodies from Bearskin were delivered without a hitch. The last Hoodie I ordered three weeks ago has not been delivered to my nephew. This is the second one I sent him. The first was the cammo hoodie 4.0 and was delivered without a problem. The last hoodie ordered has not been received nor have I been notified of any problem. Bearskin was very quick to collect my payment but My nephew tn Evergreen Park Illinois has yet to receive his Christmas hoodie ( size small men's). Wow Bearskin company quick to take my money, but where's my orders?
Bearskin sent me 2 comfirmation emails, said they would send me another email when they ship my orders. Also they sent me after another email so I could tract my Orders for the time being, the order numbers didn't work. I ordered the bearskin 4.0 hoodie on December 16th, hoping to receive it before christmas for my husband. Now it's December 22, and still no jacket from them. I'm very upset with this company! I want my money back or send my orders you got the payment!

I placed my order on 12-4, today is 12-17 (almost 2 weeks later) I know some people here still haven’t received their orders 1-1/2 months later … But seeing that everyone’s issues are similar to mine, I thought Id better write the review sooner rather than later! Maybe someone from this shady company will respond to me. I have been trying to get tracking information from them. When I go to view my order, all I get is: Thank you for your order! It's on the way! Your order #EHR3FYLC has been placed and will be with you soon. Your order has been matched - tracking information will be available soon. I also started a couple chats on their website - which was practically useless! I’ve gotten 1 email in response…another LIE! telling me that my order has been processed and packed and that I will receive a tracking number by email soon. To date, I have not received anything! no status updates or tracking number. I even called and left a voicemail. It would be nice to know where my order is. They were quick to take my money but not so quick to respond or deliver their product.
Recommendation: Avoid this company at all cost! Do not purchase their product. It is a SCAM

Great advertising lures people to the site. Products are appealing. Once ordered, though, everything breaks down. Have 3 separate orders (way to go sales system on suckering me into supplemental purchases with immediate, expiring discounts!). Initial order was a baerskin 3-in-1 (hoodie 4.0 + rain jacket 2.0) with american flag velcro patch - left arm. About $202 with tax. Order & Pay Date: November 19, 2025. Shipping date stated: November 24, 2025. No information since then and no movement on the order.
Recommendation: Don't buy this product regardless of quality - its operational support/logistics is screwy. Can't handle/hasn't adjusted to the new tariff world, i guess.

I ordered a blue 2XL and after weeks of waiting, I received a black M. I emailed 2 or 3 times and left voicemail because no one answers the phone. I contacted my credit card and filed a dispute. After my money was refunded. Stephanie began emailing me offering help. When I offered to send back the black M at their cost after receiving my blue 2XL. Then, she stopped answering my emails.

I placed three orders between late November and early December for Christmas gifts. They never arrived before we left for our family Christmas, and I had to buy other things. The hoodie didn't arrive for over a month. It is fine, and some of the items are fine but most sized very small. I have tried for WEEKS to request return instructions for the things I need to send back. My credit card was certainly charged immediately, and I receive numerous marketing emails, but absolutely 0 response to many attempts at contacting the company.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

no communication
I ordered two hoodies for xmas for my sone, i ordered on the 7th of December. the day I ordered they sent an email that said, order excepted and gave an order # on the 9th i went to the web sight and entered the order # and was given a tracking # that just tells you it is in transit. that was 10 days ago and it was supposedly shipping from NY. well , I live in NY and it doesn't take 10 days to walk from one side of the state to the other. I've emailed four times and filled out the contact form at least 4 times and , you guessed it NOTHING. no communication at all. I think this is a basement business that is over whelmed.
Desired outcome: I want them delivered yesterday, Christmas is a week away.

just tried to write email to the company as requested and it gets returned by the yahoo mail system as not deliverable, no domain under that address. so even that was fake. I'm contacting my bank and requesting a refund because of fraud.
after reading these complaints I've come to the conclusion that this is a scam Chinese company, the contact me @ Stephanie# bearskin hoodies is a fake, they answer every complaint in exactly the same way and no one gets any resolution. I have no idea how they have a 41/2 rating when everyone has given it a 1. anyway I'm writing the NYS attorney generals office and sending them their information for investigation.
why does no one respond to requests for information and the method of tracking or shipping? OMG people! I received an email (which I’m convinced is just coming from an AI bot) now telling me that they were out of stock my size XL and color rain jacket, and gave me an option for other colors to choose from. Upon further review of their email, I discovered that the raincoat they said was out of stock WASN’T even the STYLE I ordered and paid for, so I emailed back to tell them this. This company’s CUSTOMER SERVICE is an ABSOLUTE JOKE!

My purchase was a total of $239.95 CAD
No communication from Baerskin until I emailed them after I hadn’t received anything in almost a month. They did reply to my email same day, but gave me the standard “backed up shipping due to order volume” excuse. After reading many other complaints I now understand that this kind of poor customer service is the norm for them, and this is the way they treat their customers.
Either ship me my order this week or I want a full refund and compensated for the hassle and run around!

Hoodies
After 2 months, I received my hoodie which was way too large. I have attempted to return for a size exchange since that date by multiple emails using baerskin's online customer service request form since, and have left 2 voice messages with their customer service phone line since january 19th. To date, I have not received any communication from baerskin.
