3 in 1 hoodie
I purchased the 3-1 hoodie and the outer shell for a total 180.15 on December 8. A package arrived at my door on Dec 24 from the carrier UniUni that did not belong to me. I contacted the carrier and the shipper letting them know I received someone else’s package and after a drawn out process I contacted the credit card to dispute but the shipper reversed my dispute so I’m out of the money and no merchandise.
Claimed loss: 180.15
Desired outcome: I want to be refunded the money at this point I don’t want the jacket.

When I received my BAERSkin Hoodie I realized it was XXL and I ment to get an XL. I returned it and asked Zack not to ship it until after the first of the year as I was on vacation until January 5th. I ordered both a hoodie and rain coat. Received a small hoodie to go with the xl raincoat. Needed to exchange the hoodie for an XL. Left two messages sent email and no response. Horrible customer service
Purchased a hoodie as a Christmas gift. I needed to exchange for a different size. Contacted company day after Christmas and was issued a ticket saying someone would be in contact with me. Sent an email after several weeks. Still no response. Sent another email. Still no response. Tried to call - apparently can’t talk to anyone by phone. The most expensive hoodie I’ve ever purchased and I can’t get help from them.

Difficult to communicate with, terrible customer service.
Ordered two jackets from this company one was too small. Emailed 7 times and lost count of how many voicemails to this company for an exchange. Promises of a return shipping label that was never received. Will never use this company again. Returning a Product
I purchased numerous items for Christmas presents. One shipment came after Christmas, so wasn't happy about that of course.
Two of the items don't fit and Christmas Eve, I have asked for an RMA to return the item and today is the 30th and still do not have the RMA so I can return the items. Do NOT recommend buying since they don't return items quickly.

I ordered a blue 2XL and after weeks of waiting, I received a black M. I emailed 2 or 3 times and left voicemail because no one answers the phone. I contacted my credit card and filed a dispute. After my money was refunded. Stephanie began emailing me offering help. When I offered to send back the black M at their cost after receiving my blue 2XL. Then, she stopped answering my emails.

Failure to honor return policy
I ordered a hoodie and a rain jacket from Baerskin in October 2025. This makes it eligible for return or exchange through the end of January, '26. I ordered a size too big and have emailed and called their customer service multiple times over the past month. I'm assuming the tactic outside of just not ever replying to return requests is to delay so long that I am past the return window by the time they get back to me. The product is ok but I guess make sure you won't have any issues with your order as it seems you'll never be able to resolve anything. I'm looking into other avenues to get my money back. I'd resell on eBay or something but there's a bunch of new ones on there too. Seems like lots of others have had this problem as well.

I finally had the company send me a shipping label to exchange a hoodie. Mailed it back on January 13, 2026. Haven't heard a thing from them when the shipping label is scanned.
