Terrible customer service

Returning a Product
I purchased numerous items for Christmas presents. One shipment came after Christmas, so wasn't happy about that of course.
Two of the items don't fit and Christmas Eve, I have asked for an RMA to return the item and today is the 30th and still do not have the RMA so I can return the items. Do NOT recommend buying since they don't return items quickly.

Non-existent customer service
I ordered a raincoat and a hoodie. They were more than happy to take my money and less than happy to send what I ordered. I contacted them and was told that shipping was 2 to 9 days and after day 9 nothing has been shipped. I was also told several times that my order was packed but had not been shipped. Not really happy with the company and will not be doing business with them again.

I would check into the policy of this website then to make sure that there are no scammers using your information to commit fraud in your name. Customer service is already bad enough without that information making it seem so much worse.
I hope for a speedy resolution to this. As a disabled veteran who lives on a fixed income, a purchase of this size is a huge one. I had heard good things about the Baerskin hoodie and raincoat and was looking forward to it, but this entire situation has left me with a bad taste. I hope that some effort is put into doing better customer service because if I had found this site before I ordered, I never would have. So, in that, I thank you as I will now be vetting any online purchase that I make going forward.

Got a Call from a Georgia phone number and was told to use a 3rd party app to get a refund. Seemed very shady and didn't feel comfortable using it as it seemed like a definite scam. Will be calling my bank and doing a chargeback for the funds I am now out.
After several attempts by "customer service," to have me contact them through What'sApp, something I do not use, I am now convinced that this is a scam and should be avoided at all costs.

I purchased the 3-1 hoodie and the outer shell for a total 180.15 on December 8. A package arrived at my door on Dec 24 from the carrier UniUni that did not belong to me. I contacted the carrier and the shipper letting them know I received someone else’s package and after a drawn out process I contacted the credit card to dispute but the shipper reversed my dispute so I’m out of the money and no merchandise.

I ordered a hoodie and a rain jacket from Baerskin in October 2025. This makes it eligible for return or exchange through the end of January, '26. I ordered a size too big and have emailed and called their customer service multiple times over the past month. I'm assuming the tactic outside of just not ever replying to return requests is to delay so long that I am past the return window by the time they get back to me. The product is ok but I guess make sure you won't have any issues with your order as it seems you'll never be able to resolve anything. I'm looking into other avenues to get my money back. I'd resell on eBay or something but there's a bunch of new ones on there too. Seems like lots of others have had this problem as well.
