I ordered a fleece and rain jacket combo I have been trying since Christmas to exchange both no answers sent several emails left messages nothing I also have a fleece and rain jacket that got shipped by accident I do not want I want to return both for full refund nothing no response! i have sent so many emails left so many messages tried to get refund through pay pal and nothing
I would really like to exchange one combo I have and return the other combo I have to get a full refund my order number are G4LD2Q78

Desired outcome: I want a full refund for both orders as The one I want to keep $149.95 I need to exchange for different size as it is too big so they can not be worn and the $169.95 I just want my money back as I have no way of returning
