4.5 yrs ago I had 24 teeth pulled and the next day I got my upper and lower implants. I tend to be a sceptic when things sound too good to be true. In my time with Nuvia everything I was told happened. The process was easy to follow and Nuvia answered all concerns and questions. This is the best dental decision I’ve ever made.

Nuvia changed all of that in just 24 hours. The doctors and staff treated me with such kindness and respect. They explained everything, calmed my nerves, and made me feel like I was in the best hands possible. The fact that I walked out the next day with a brand new, permanent smile in 24 hours still amazes me.

Now, I can laugh, smile, and eat with confidence again and that’s something you can’t put a price on.

Everything went exactly as promised- including refunding the $89 fee when I kept my appointment. I wish they were more upfront about pain/discomfort. It was not a ‘piece of cake’. But it is now day 3 and I am feeling more like myself and am happy I did it. I went into a store today and for the first time in decades did not have to worry about how my teeth looked. I do still have bruising and swelling but I was forewarned. And it is getting better daily.

Secretshopper.com claims you will get paid by doing the following:

Pose as someone needing dental service and get a huge flat payment. No missing teeth required! Follow the provided scenario, stating that you are missing 5 or more teeth (even if you're not), have a 740+ credit score, and are experiencing confidence issues/difficulty eating.

Make a refundable $89 deposit to schedule the appointment, understanding that it will be refunded at the end of your visit.

Visit for a dental scan on your appointment date at the provided time. You will be evaluating level of service through the visit.
Familiarize yourself with the briefing and the shop form to ensure all specific observations are made.
Make sure to capture the name of everyone you interact with during your visit.
Take a picture of the exterior of the building after your visit, which will be uploaded along with a copy of the receipt showing the deposit was returned to your account.

The whole thing is shady because Nuvia Dental Implant Center is going to know you're not missing 5 or more teeth when you go for the screening. How do you explain why you told them that you're missing teeth when you're not?

I sent a message to secretshopper.com asking them the following question:

If I am posing as someone needing dental service and no missing teeth are required, how do I explain that I am not missing 5 or more teeth during the scheduled dental scan?

This was their response:

If you are asked why you do not have missing teeth as noted on the initial intake form, you can just say you thought you had missing teeth/were previously told you had missing teeth and must have been mistaken.

Someone is not going to think they have 5 or more missing teeth and are mistaken. I bet Nuvia will not refund the $89 deposit since you lied to them to be seen. I wonder what percentage of the $89 secretshopper.com gets?

Total scam. Avoid secretshopper.com and Nuvia Dental Implant Center!

They lied and scammed me out of 1/8th of my income. They called me and told me if I schedule an appointment I would need to put a deposit down for a consultation because I could only have a consultation if I put money down in order to save my place. They told me I would receive a voucher of 10% off the bill and that they promised I would be given an affordable price plan for the dental work. I was exposed to an unknown toxic chemical that all my teeth fell out by an attack by a gang of domestic terrorists. I was told if I did not receive help I would be refunded for the consultation fee. I was lied too and they took the fee and now play mind games with me. I unsubscribed and almost daily receive emails and texts teasing me. They target low income people and rob them is what it looks like on my end, lying and demanding fees by making false promises. The individual who scheduled the appoint lied and they took my personal information such as my social security, birthday, dob, address, and email God only knows what harm they are doing now. I never agreed to any credit applications or agreed for them to steal the money from our consultant visit. We were openly manipulating and lied too.

For years I had problems with my teeth. I hadn’t smiled in over 45 years. Now I can’t stop smiling. I felt comfortable the minute I walked into the office. Even the nice gentleman who scheduled my appointment was very professional. I love the staff; they are super friendly and remember who you are, which is nice to know that you are not just a face. The doctors and staff make you feel special. I was worried about something a week after my surgery, and they gave me an appointment within an hour. To be honest, I had a quote somewhere else for a lot more money. I loved the fact that they cared about your comfort, that was a big thing for me. Also, I loved that when I had an appointment, I only waited a few minutes before they called me. My experience has been wonderful. They are caring and do everything to make you feel special.

This wretched business robbed me of $51,000. Did not complete the treatment and voided my warranty. They violated their own contract. They are thieves. Do not deal with this evil business. They left me with prosthetics that have a severe overbite, I cannot speak properly anymore, and there is one of their screws sticking out of my gum and puncturing my cheek. They will not help me at all. Stay far away from them. They do not tell the truth.

I consulted with a dentist after attending the webinar. I had the scan and pictures. I am very impressed with the dentist's professionalism and transparency. After reviewing my scan and pictures, he advised that with many healthy teeth remaining, extensive dental work wasn't necessary. Instead of a full upper tray of implants, he recommended a colleague for a single tooth implant, which he believed would suffice.

Friendly and professional staff. I went for my consultation and was turned down as I am not a good match based on having too healthy of a mouth. This was surprising as I expected them to just approve everyone to bring in more profit. They also referred me to someone who could work with my needs. If you are concerned and think you need implants and a full fixed device, I would definitely recommend giving Nuvia the opportunity to consult with you to see if they can give you your dream smile. I'm very impressed with them and the process.

Nuvia is the best around! Im always on the move and want it all now so what is better than getting your perfect smile in 24 hrs! Over the past 5 years I have tried everything and didnt like the down time or waiting up to a year to get my teeth. Nuvia had me in the next day to get me started a week later surgery and my teeth in the following day. They really are 24hrs. What a great experience with the best staff around to make you feel special about getting your perfect smile. I would definitely recommend Nuvia for anyone wanting the best experience possible!

My Husband was having an has been having a lot of concerns about his teeth. We where not sure about implants or if they were a fit for him. We were recommended by a few people an friends to Nuvia Dental SLC in ***. We had our free consultation. Was very happy with with the staff an the consultation. Very honest an forthcoming with information. It turns out my husbands teeth are not ready for dental implants. They are not just out to pull teeth an make money. They are actually here to help. Very happy with our experience. And when my husband does need implants we will definitely using them.

I started my journey with Nuvia in April 2022. For someone whos always had horrible experiences with the dentist, this place has given me the most amazing experiences from the time I walk in the door til the second I leave the building. The staff at *** Nuvia was great i went in thinking i really need the implants and after they took the scans and pictures and checked everything they were very thorough they seen a couple things on my paper work they questioned that i was happy they did on my health but at the end they said i really did not need the implants my teeth were not bad enough and i could just have a dentist do what work i really needed done. They could have said yes this is what you need and i would have probably bought it but they was Honest and said no you DONT need this. Thank you for being Honest. If you are looking at full mouth implants i would go see Nuvia in ***.

I paid 53,000 dollars for dental implants and after waiting 3 weeks my surgery was cancelled 3 days before the surgery date. I have been waiting 14 days for a refund. I have been calling 3-4 times a day but have only gotten a call back twice. My credit score has dropped significally and I can't get a surgery scheduled with another clinic till the money is returned. I think the company should have a class action suit filed for their poor business practices.

Said my upper implants failed 3 out of 4 of them. Said I was required to pay 5,000 for new surgery.. And until I pay the 5k I they won’t be setting up a surgery. Took my top teeth off. And current left my 4 implants exposed. I’m really upset because they didn’t say father or not I have an infection. They didn’t care about my pain or discomfort they care about getting more money out of me when I already paid 44,000$. Was told my implants failed due to teeth grinding at night.. From not wearing night guard. Which they were made aware it did not fit. Claims I called and canceled appointment for new impressions. Which is a lie.. I wouldn’t do that after investing all my money into new teeth. Nowhere in my contacts or paperwork does it say I am required to pay 5k for implants that failed unless it’s due to smoking or not brushing, flossing and water piking

I went to Nuvia Dental Implant Center for a consultation about a dental procedure. They asked for a $1000 deposit to move forward with the procedure. They said the deposit was refundable if I decided not to continue with the procedure. However, I have been trying to get a refund for five weeks now and have not received any money. I was told it would take 3-5 business days to get my money back, but that time has passed. I have made several calls and still have no idea when I will get my refund. Any help would be appreciated.
