Both issues are from the same order. P841R7TD which was placed Nov. 23, 2025. On the order was a Small Cargo Pant and 2XL Cargo Pant. The Small pant was returned via USPS Dec. 17th, tracking # 9534610596485351870126 which shows delivered to BAERSkin on Dec.22, 2025. Have yet to hear any correspondence from them adv they received item or refund of $79.95 plus tax. I also informed them I needed to exchange the 2XL for XL as 2XL was way to big and have yet to hear back. All I get when emailing or calling is the same A.I.response and never have been able to speak with a live person.

Have not received a full refund yet. Did receive a credit of $10.49 but was also charged $69.46 and have not ordered anything!
Checked bank statement today and noticed a $10.49 credit but have also been charged $69.46. HAVE NOT ORDERED ANYTHING so why have I been charged this?
Today my bank statement shows no transactions that I mentioned yesterday! Just disappeared! This is confusing and frustrating to say the least.
