Um, there is only one jacket on order so not sure why the question. Every day since then I have inquirred. Sent emails via website. Not able to get a live person. I figured would give grace given holidays. I decided to order another one so my husband could use while I receive feedback on how to return Of course now my husband does not like the new color and wants to return. Called today and now get VM. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTANT. THIS SEEMS LIKE A SCAM COMPANY. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.
