I ordered 4 items on Dec 19th, only one arrived. I have sent over a dozen emails and left numerous phone calls. This company does not have a customer service number with staff, but a flipping answering machine. The worst company I have ever worked with, worst customer service and useless support. I am contacting the better business bureau at this point to file a formal complaint. There is NO tracking of your products, they provide some number and a site but it provides nothing. Stay away from this GARBAGE Horse s company. With service like this, you know the product ROYALLY sucks.

Good day,

I ordered 4 items on December 19th and have only received one of them. I was told my items were in transit but later told they were lost. I did receive an email stating they would be sent, but still have not received my items so am not sure if they are in route or not since I was told this before. Hopefully they come in the next few weeks.
