I ordered the baerskin hoodie and outer jacket #2xm1xcvg. They sent me a discount if I bought another item. I ordered another hoodie. I got an email as soon as i pressed the debit on my phone. I immediately looked at the order and it was incorrect so i tried to change it but their website is very confusing and tries to keep you from doing anything but ordering. I got so upset i looked at my bank account and being saturday it was a pending debit for $180 and $63.70. After going round and round because they tried to tell me they items had already shipped! no! no they did not. I just finished paying for them not 5 minutes ago.. They told me i have to wait for them to arrive and send them back to get a refund. I was so so mad because i knew they were lying, you will not get satisfaction. Horrible people horrible company. Never ever order from baerskin
Recommendation: Horrible people horrible company. They take your money but do all they can to make it impossible to correct a mistake by making you hunt and go round and round and round. By that time you are so worked up all you want is to cancel the orders and get your. Money back back and they make it hard for you to do that too. Absolutely horrible people. NEVER EVER BUY BAERSKIN !!!!
After contacting my credit union to file a dispute, I got a response from Stephanie. Apologies mean nothing if Baerskin dosent change their processing and lack of help for customers. There's no doubt in my mind I'd still have no help if I hadn't gotten the help I needed from the credit union. The key to resolution is have your bank file a dispute. That gets their attention real fast.
