I bought 2 hoodies for Christmas for military veterans thinking this company stands for Veterans. Guess I was wrong. I ordered 2 hoodies on Dec 8th and received them on Dec 26th. The web site says there is a 60 day refund or exchange. I need to exchange one of them and I have e-mailed and called the customer service number at least 8 times (even e-mailed this Stephanie) with NO response. Very bad customer service and now thinking they don't care about veterans as they say.
Desired outcome: Have a company that is legit. Get an exchange and get it faster then the regular shipping. Respond to the customers and fixes issues.
