I ordered the Baerskin hoodie and outer shell combo on December 7th. My Discover charge was immediately charged for 180.17 and I received the we have received your order email with another email with a tracking link a day or so later. The tracking link just said shipped and sent you back to the order more stuff page it never offered to show where it was currently or expected date. Two weeks go by with no further information and I’m starting to think I’ve been scammed. Finally on Christmas Eve I get an email telling me my gear has arrived from a shipping company called UniUni. My wife grabs this small box off the porch and as we were having company over the next couple of days I didn’t open this box. I finally get the box and it looks too small to be a jacket and upon further examination I realize this is not my package at all but something totally different and the recipient lives in another city at least 20 miles from my location! The bad part about all of this is the customer service. It is extremely difficult to get in contact with them or the shipping company for any type of resolution you are basically left with a chat situation at both Baerskin and the shipping company. I did both but the shipping company rejected my claim because they had a picture of the wrong item on the porch even though I had photos of the wrong package including the tracking number name and address. There was no way to contact them to submit the proof of wrong delivery. I did here from Baerskin via email and I was able to submit the pictures but at that point I had already filed a dispute with Discover and after waiting so long and dealing with nonexistent customer service I’ve decided I don’t want the jacket anymore.
Recommendation: Nonexistent customer service factored in with long wait times let the buyer beware.
