BAERSkin Hoodie review: Worst customer service ever!!!

I have emailed, phoned, left messages, chatted, etc. and no reply. The phone is never answered during business hours and goes right to voicemail. Left multiple messages and never a call back. Sent multiple emails and got an automated reply with a case number and a promise of a follow up and so far nothing. At first I would get a reply to the email asking where my order is with replies of good news your order has shipped you can track it here. Problem is that I have been tracking it and there have been no updates since 12/20/2025. I have been offered a discount on future orders since it did not arrive by Christmas as guaranteed, but no reply to the real issue that the package must be lost or something by their carrier. At this point I guess only option left is to dispute the charges.
