BAERSkin Hoodie review: Wanted to exchange but no response after contacting Baerskin support 9 times!

Unlike some, I did receive my product but delivery was very slow. After receiving two orders (Baerskin Hooding Black and Orange & Rain Shell Black and Orange), I made many attempts requesting an exchange for XL in place of the HUGE XXL products. To date I have send 5 e-mails and 4 phone messages providing my order numbers, e-mail, and phone number. All I wanted to do was exchange the new in the package product, for the smaller size. After reading the messages I feel lucky to have received my product and am concerned to return the product with possible no exchange receipt. Maybe I should count my losses and just keep the XXL size? After placing the orders I would not order again. However, I did receive some sweat pants and love them. Too bad the customer service is so poor.
