I still haven't received my orders (2 on the same day)! I have been contacting them every 3 months. They say they are sorry and a new replacement is on the way. This has been going on since October 2024! This was supposed to be a birthday present for my husband in November 2024. MAYBE I will receive it for his birthday 2025 (fingers crossed that is only 52 days away - I'm not sure they can handle that time line!)
This company has to know how incompetent they are so why would they want to advertise their stupidity? UNLESS - - - they are just a scam?
Recommendation: If you love retail drama and incompetence! - this is your company!
