I order # 2DZHJ2FM. on 2-2-2025. received an email that my credit card was charges, and the product shipped the same day. I keep reaching out for tracking and they provide a link that needs a tracking number, but I do not have the tracking number.
They keep sending me links that do not work. I have called bearskin at 1-769-223-7756 but nobody answers. I have left 7 messages for them and a call back number to provide a tracking number for my shipment.
They do not return my call or emails for a tracking number. I believe this company is a scam based on all the reviews on their website from people who never receive their product. (I wish I read this first)
If I do not hear back from customer support with a tracking number, I will be forced to open a claim with the BBB and the FTC for online scamming
Claimed loss: I paid $99 for something that they will not provide tracking for
Desired outcome: Please provide a tracking number for my order otherwise I will have to determine this company isa scam to the BBB and FTC
