BAERSkin Hoodie review: Refund

Ordered 2 items in Dec. They were way oversized. Contacted them through their website for a return. "Ronnie" said he/she would be "happy to help" and provided return information stating that when the items were received, they would issue refund. Delivery receipt shows items were delivered on the 22nd. I emailed "Ronnie" to let him/her know. No response. I emailed again with proof of delivery. No response. I called their crap customer service number & got some kind of computerized "leave name and order #,..." with no response. I have emailed repeatedly with no response, no refund. This company is a scam. Go read other reviews of customers having similar issues on FB. I am filing fraud charges against them and will be disputing with my bank.
