Contacted customer service 12/26/25 asking how to exchange 5 items for one size smaller on each item. The rep said it is no problem and to send the size info and they would gladly make the exchanges at no extra charge. As of today 1/12/26 I have sent 12 messages with the sizes needed, my address, phone number and email. After the first communication they have gone silent, no responses at all. The end of January is the cut off for Christmas exchanges, time is of the essence. The products seem good, but their customer service has a long way to go.
Desired outcome: I would like a response to my messages and for them to treat customers right by making exchanges in a timely fashion, instead of ignoring them.
