1xbet is one of the worst sites there is, I lost my authentication code, it's been 2 months since I managed to reset my account, they keep asking me for documents that they never take the time to check and they come back to ask for the same documents again and again and this has been going on for two months, I have all the messages saved, if you win a certain amount you will suffer martyrdom to be able to withdraw and via email they will ask you for the same documents over and over again... Long story short, I deposited 4 bitcoins + 12 etherums to 1xbet and placed bets and won. I tried to withdraw but they blocked my account and "block appeal" process begins. I sent them all required documents (notarized) But they are keep rejecting them without specific reason. Their security department is not responding at all. They are scam stay away!
