1xBet review: Request for refund of deposited funds and review of account closure ( 1 comment)

I am filing this complaint against 1xBet regarding the unjustified closure of my account and the withholding of my deposited funds.

I deposited 99,000,000 Iranian Tomans into my 1xBet account using my own personal funds. Shortly after making the deposit, I received a request from the company to provide verification documents. I fully complied with all requirements and submitted every document requested, including proof of identity, proof of ownership of the payment method, and any additional documents requested by the verification department.

Despite my full cooperation and successful submission of all required documents, my account was subsequently closed. Since then, I have been denied access to my account and have been unable to withdraw or recover my deposited funds.

I have repeatedly attempted to resolve this matter through the company's support channels, but I have not received a satisfactory explanation for the account closure or the continued withholding of my money. The funds deposited into the account belong to me, and I have provided sufficient evidence to verify both my identity and the source of the deposit.

I have attached supporting documentation, including:

* Deposit receipts and proof of payment.
* Verification documents that were submitted upon request.
* Correspondence and communications with the support team, if applicable.

I am requesting the following:

2. A clear and detailed explanation for the closure of my account.

I believe it is unreasonable and unfair to permanently restrict my account while retaining funds that were deposited from my own legitimate sources, especially after I complied with all verification requirements.
