I have been trying to withdraw my money ($476.69) from my 1xbet account since July 2023. My withdrawal was blocked because 1xbet asked me to verify my identity.
On July 17, 2023, the Security department asked me to send a specific photo:
- A selfie holding my national ID card near my face
- Next to me, a computer or mobile device showing their message from the Security department
- All clearly visible in ONE photo
I did not understand their request properly at that time. Now I have fully understood. I have now taken the correct photo as requested. I sent it using Reply to the original email thread (not creating a new thread).
I have attached:
1. My Somaliland National ID Card
2. A clear selfie holding my ID card AND showing a device displaying the Security department's message
3. Screenshot of my account profile showing my username
**It has been over 72 hours and the Security department has not responded to me.**
The Live Chat support told me to wait and not send duplicate messages.
