I have been a 1xbet member for 5 years. I have made deposits totaling around 1 million TRY and I also have VIP membership status.

I made a deposit of 5000 TRY to xbet using the bank transfer fast method.

Transaction date and time : 06/12/2025 / 17:59

The money was transferred from my bank account to the IBAN, bank account information, and personal details provided by the 1xbet. I have the receipt information. It has been shared with the relevant department responsible for payments.

ticket number of the relevant request : 10526099

The finance department forwarded the issue to the technical support department. However, there has been no response from the technical support department. They keep sending emails saying they are working on it... It's been the same email for 7 days... How will this issue be resolved? I demand an urgent resolution to this situation. If the money is not going to be transferred to the account, they should say so... I will switch to another provider instead of 1xbet.

Hello, Unfortunately, the support team, including payments, technical support, and other services, has provided no solution regarding this issue. I have exchanged 33 messages with them, but the problem persists. I have also sent the bank statement. The deposit payment has not been credited to my account for 52 days. Please resolve this situation; nobody is doing anything. I will cancel my membership now because we cannot overcome this issue.
