1. I already said many times I have given Bank's official stamped letter where they confirmed no amount is recieved with UTR 612940399451 is untraceable and invalid.

2. Even after providing every evidence for 40 days - now they started ignoring my mails and sending one automated response (please contact ur bank for funds) Which I've already did and provided them stamped letter, statements and video of transaction history.

3. They should contact sender's bank with my official letter and statement and get refund but they're avoiding it or they got the funds still not giving it because when I asked for payment proof they completely ignored.

4. Never play on this app, it's biggest mistake of my life. They'll ask you for 10 different proofs, and when you give them all, they'll start ignoring and keep sending one automated response. Never saw such unprofessionalism by such big platform. Their main aim is to eat your hard earned money.

5. Lastly, im going to file a legal dispute with the evidences through third party because they have successfully ignored all the proofs and spamming same reply everywhere. Asking me to do which I already did and gave them bank confirmation letter.

6. The guy here on the app, and customer support agents, they follow the same template, they don't read your complaints and just copy paste the same response again and again. Please note this, this happens when company doesn't wants to give you money. Please avoid depositing in this app - one day you'll be in my place too.
