Dear Support Team,

I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a pending withdrawal that has not been processed.

On 19.10.2026 at 13:24, I requested a withdrawal of 1000 RUB from my account. The status of the request currently shows as "Approved". However, the funds have not been credited to my bank card.

When I try to update the status, a pop-up message appears stating: "Translation in progress... Waiting for operator confirmation" ("Перевод в процессе... Ожидает подтверждения у оператора"). It has been stuck in this state for an unreasonable amount of time. The standard withdrawal timeframe has already passed.

I have contacted your live chat support, but they only provide generic responses and cannot resolve the issue.

I have attached the following proof to this complaint:
1. A screenshot from my 1xBet account showing the approved status, amount, and the pop-up message.
2. A screenshot from my T-Bank (Tinkoff) app showing there are no incoming transactions or receipts on my card for October 19th.
