1xBet review: Online sportsbook and casino - withdrawal and account block ( 1 comment)

My 1xBet account (ID: 550289847) has been blocked since May 3, 2023. I have approximately 1700 USD stuck in my account. For 3 years, I have submitted all required KYC documents multiple times including national ID, passport, selfie with ID, bank statements, and deposit receipts.

Now 1xBet demands that I send NOTARIZED original physical documents by POSTAL MAIL to an address in Guadalajara, Mexico: Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, C.P. (zip) 44534, Apartado postal 33-01.

This is impossible for me as a regular person in Bangladesh. International postal mail from Bangladesh to Mexico is extremely slow, unreliable, and expensive. Sending my original passport by regular mail is unsafe and could lead to identity theft. No legitimate online casino requires this in 2024/2025.

I have already provided all legitimate verification documents. This is a deliberate tactic by 1xBet to avoid paying me my 1700 USD. My case reference from 1xBet is #33802971.

I want 1xBet to unblock my account and release my 1700 USD.
