I requested deposit BDT 3850 on 10/11/2023. But not received. I tried to reached with all evidence trough email no response only one response that they say issue transfered to technical team. As per their instructions, I mailed for getting update, no response! Meanwhile, I tried several time to their customer support one of their operator told that e-wallet agent didn't get my payment. To solve the issue customer support operator asked video evidence by recording other mobile So on I sent them the video of my wallets transaction.
