I have contacted customer care numerous times and all they do is give me fake promises and do not follow through with their commitments. I bet on Betboom vs. Falcons 2nd map on Dreamleague s25 with yes on ultrakill. Despite having ultrakill from GPK's hero Ember spirit, even a rampage, the result was still a lost.
