1xBet Unable to withdraw the amount

I want to withdraw the amount.

But repeatedly asking for send the identification documents.

First I have send the E-Aadhar.

Then send I'd proof of DL.

Then Bank Statement.

Than a mail came "Open this letter on your device and take a photo, holding your ID card in hand near your face, and in the other hand your device, where this correspondence will be visible.

This text should be clearly visible in the frame. The photo must be taken in good lighting, and your ID card details must also be clearly visible.

Also send this. Now they mail me

Hi, These people are fraud they dont deposit your amount. I have made deposit of 46,000 on april 2nd and till now there is no reply and everytime I call them they ask to wait 2or3hours, or wait till morning, till end of the day. They are scamming us and stealing our money. Only one person will response saying that my name is Alex, We will look into the situation and later he will respond forwarded to the specialists. I made a deposit of 2400 on 3rd april through upiqr method and it was successful but still my money has not been debited and 5 days been already passed. 1xBet My bonus was unnecessary revoked

Date of incident: Jan 13 / 2024

Reason of late submission of complaint: just today I came to know about this service.

Description of event - I successfully wagered the bonus as per company rule. When I tried to withdraw the amount , they asked for verification by submitting identification documents. I complied to it and even after submitting proper authenticate documents my bonus was revoked.

They claimed I violated their rule. But I didn't do any of those they claimed. I was robbed of my won money.

This is my only id I don't own multiple IDs . Sometime I login from my laptop, ipad or mobile device that could have been the reason of multiple ip address. I rightfully won the bonus. I don't understand what rule exactly I broke .. was it multiple id or ip or whatelse

I have deposited 19780 rupees on 1xbet on 20-03-2024 at 8:11 pm it's been 2 days and the amount has not been credited and the customer support days the same thing over and over again.
