Issue happened almost a month ago. I have submitted bank statement. Called and emailed over 15 times. Still I have not received 5000rs withdrawal I made. 1xbet website shows the withdrawal as completed but I have not received this amount in my bank account.
They have not been helping me and just providing copy paste responses. I hope someone can help me with getting my 5000rs money from 1xbet scammers.

Deposit not credited even after 21 days.
On 6/09/2024 i was trying to deposit 3700 Indian rupees using UPI fast method.
However i made a mistake of entering the amount as 3500 on the website form but transferred 3700 rupees. I contacted the support team and provided them the screenshot of the transaction informed them about the issue. At first they told me to wait for a couple of hours. Every time contacted they told to contact back after 6 hours for 2 days. Then on 3rd day they asked me to wait for 14 days and that the bank will refund the amount to me for a transaction which was successful on phonepe which was sent 1xbet merchant. Its been 21 days now i have not still received either the deposit on the gaming account or the refund which the customer representative told me. I have been using 1x for so many years but never expected them to deal with this like this.
