Review of 1xBet – Account ID: [protected]
I had a very disappointing experience with 1xBet. I claimed a loss of 72,000 BDT, and their Security Department asked me to provide various documents, including my NID card, a selfie, deposit screenshots, and even attend a video conference. I complied with every request and successfully passed all verification steps.
After that, my account was closed, but I was informed that I would be allowed to withdraw my deposited funds — 72,000 BDT — which thankfully did appear in my account.
However, although I was granted permission to withdraw the remaining funds, I am now unable to do so because the cash agent I originally deposited through is no longer in business. As a result, the system rejects my withdrawal attempts. I also cannot make any new deposits or withdraw the approved funds due to this issue.
What’s even more frustrating is that the Security Department has completely stopped responding to my emails. I have no way to get help or resolve the situation now.
This entire experience has left me feeling helpless and unheard. I hope 1xBet takes customer support and security resolutions more seriously in the future.

Security Department ignore my email.
They just inform me to withdraw my funds.
