I am submitting this complaint to formally report the unfair verification practices and deliberate delays employed by 1xBet to withhold user funds and prevent legitimate withdrawals.

The security verification process was initiated on August 15, 2026.
Since that date, I have fully cooperated and complied with every single requirement requested by the 1xBet security team.
Full Compliance & Document Submissions:
I completed and passed two separate video verification calls during this period.
I completed all requested security questionnaires accurately.
I provided all requested documentation, including officially translated and notarized documents, pep - wealth - funds declarations , bank statements, and proof of income/identity
Irresponsible Code Dispatch Method:
After fulfilling all onerous demands, I was led to believe that the final withdrawal approval/confirmation code would be issued.
According to standard procedures and online guidelines, security confirmation codes are routinely sent via digital channels (Email or SMS).
Absurd Postal Mail Claim:
To my complete shock, a support representative informed me that the confirmation code was sent via regular postal mail (snail mail).
Impossibility of Delivery:
I reside in a small rural village in Egypt where there is no physical mailbox system, postal code routing for residential addresses, or direct mail delivery.
1xBet provided no tracking number (AWB), carrier information, or proof of registered dispatch.
Dispatching an untracked paper letter via standard mail to a small Egyptian village guarantees that the document will never be delivered.
Intentional Obstruction:
Refusing standard digital delivery (Email/SMS) and demanding receipt of untracked physical mail in a rural area is an artificial barrier designed to make compliance impossible and block the withdrawal of my legitimate balance.
Desired outcome: I demand that 1xBet immediately issue the withdrawal confirmation code via Email or SMS linked to my account, finalize the verification audit without further unwarranted obstacles, and allow full withdrawal access to my funds.

A confirmation code by snail mail to a rural Egyptian village is not verification, it is a trap. Put your demand in writing to their security team: either send the code by email or SMS, or dispatch it by tracked courier with an AWB number, since untracked mail cannot reach you. Copy every ticket reference and your account ID 1052328631. Save the chat where they made the postal claim, that is your proof of obstruction. If they refuse, file with their licensing regulator in Curaçao and with eCOGRA, and complain to the Egyptian consumer authority.
