My complaint is about the horrible service from velo law. I am complaining about the velo law firm and it's service I am trying to settle a dispute and the velo law firm keep giving me false information and not responding to any attempts I or my wife have made to the firm they keep repeating the same lines over and over again and after my wife and i was compliant with everything velo law asked of us and we still got nothing I have been calling and emailing and nothing it's like they string you along to confuse you.please I need help against this rude and dishonest company.

tried to get ahold of them to work on a one time payment to get my summons finished
tried to get ahold of them to work on a one time payment to get my summons finished. when I called they have to send me a letter through the mail, then I fill it out, send it back, and wait for a response but that take more time then the summon time allows, I ask to have them file a extension so there enough time to do this. I'm told they cant talk to me about it. I ask to talk to the lawyer about it tell me only the person who is representing me can. I tell them I'm representing myself and they again refuse to let me talk to anyone. I call about a half dozen times each time they got more rude, and felt more shady. I had a family friend who does law call to ask and again got no where. I called the plaintiff themselves and they want to work with me but can not because of the lawyer, but the lawyer will not work with me at all. All I want is this to get over and let me go on with my life.

Was severed paperwork for an old credit card I owed a balance on
Was severed paperwork for an old credit card I owed a balance on. I contacted the law firm the day after I received the paper work. I offered 4 settlement offers to get this take care of as quickly as possible. All were denied. I finally was able to pay the settlement in full and received a letter that my account has been settled and balance has been paid. I then receive a letter in the mail from the court house stating that they have gone and put a Judgement against me for payment... mind you I have ALREADY paid this off. I get told I need to call another law firm, I call them, they well me I need to call Velo Law Firm back and they are handling my account. NO ONE could give me the same answer and no one would let me talk to anyone higher up. Per the court I now have to file a motion for a court date to have this taken off my record. More time.. More many.. when the law firm should be the ones to do this. Extremely unprofessional.
