I hope you are doing well.
My account (Gaming ID: 523676005) has been blocked for more than 7 months. I understand there may be a security concern, and I am not asking for any winnings.
I only kindly request the refund of my initial deposit of 10,000 BDT, which I made via Binance (crypto/USDT). As mentioned in your Trustpilot reply, a refund of the initial deposit is possible even in case of violations.
I have already provided all proofs (transaction ID, screenshots) in previous emails, and I am happy to send them again if needed.
Please process the refund to the same Binance wallet I used for deposit. This would resolve the matter peacefully, and I would be very grateful.
